Yeah sorting happens, but then I think they skip over a few years.

I wasn't talking about her personality when I referred to Ginny as being "cool". I agree with you completely. She's definitely all that and more!

I was merely disappointed with her choice of clothes, considering that it's the year 2020, if my calculations are correct. 😆

According to some spoilers, the play is set in Al and Scorpius' fourth year.

A relative of mine was there at the preview. She said almost the same thing about the plot. I can't believe JKR approved this.

The ones who watched the play were also told to not reveal anything. You can also see JKR constantly asking us to #KeepTheSecrets. Perhaps they didn't want everyone to come to know how bad the play is, and cancel their book orders. 😆

My reaction might seem biased and mean to some. It's just that I was incredibly excited about TCC and this was such a major letdown.

The first time I read the spoilers, I thought it was a hoax. Still haven't lost the hope.

Apparently, the play looks amazing and the actors are great, the effects are great and the humour is good too, but for those of us who'll only be able to read the script, that won't matter. :/

Yes, I too have heard that the acting is top-notch and the special effects, especially those for the spells, is mindblowing! That's a big bonus for those who are able to watch the play in person! 😃

However, as you said, all this won't matter if one can't see the play and has to make do with reading the script. The only thing you have of substance is the actual plot laid bare, without the frills. That's where you really understand how good or bad the actual story is. I'm not sure reading the script will get us as excited.
