- How excited were you about it? And how did it turn out to be? Did it meet your expectation? How was it? Fantastic, decent, or dreadful?

i was dead excited..i mean i gt permission frm my dad sumthin like 7 months ago and to butter him up i promised i wont go for a movie till november 19....and its surely was beyond my expectation......fantastic wuld b an understatement....i need to create more words in the english dictionary..for nw i will stick to mindblowing....

- Thoughts on the movie and other technical aspects? The performances, direction, screenplay, cinematography, music, editing, visual effects, art direction...?
Everything was just superb...i seriously dont think theres anythin i can comment on....

- How did the trio grow and evolve as an actor? Who was the best of the three?
Dan and Rup certainly are amazing actors they have evolved maturely and r turning out to b exceptional; actors...and emma has been just amain frm the very beginning..i liked her b4 dan and rup...

- How close was it to the book? How much did they leave out that made you pull out your hair in frustration?
umm...wtever they showed onscreen i believe they did coz it wuld take time...though i noe there were many scenes dat were nt taken...i think they did a gud job on deciding on wt to b taken and wt nt...im satisfied wid the contents....

- Was the split appropriate or not? Was it effective? Was it really needed or did WB just do it to rake more money?
Of course...it seems only natural....i mean all time frndship widout fights looks more like fiction...and hp is a fiction dat is as gud as anythin to me....

- How was the pacing? Did it drag at any place or was it too fast to follow?
Nthin of dat sort..the 2.25 hrs i spent in the theatre was the best i culd ask for....

- Any scene/dialogue/performance that stuck out?
i simply luved harry and hermiones dance...and though totally heartwrenching..i must say dobbys death has been shot well...

- Anything in the movie that you [relatively] found better than the book (a particular scene, for instance)?
I dont think i noe of any such scene....though the horcrux turned out to b better dan i imagined wen i read the book.

- Was it the best of the series? Where would you place it when compared to the other HP movies?
Surely...mayb coz i luv dh to an unlimited extent.......

- Was it not better than Twilight? 😆
Umm....i cant say dta..im a die hard twilight fan too...as much as i die for hp...guess im the only one like dat..i dont noe y ppl can like only one series....

- Finally, on a quite unrelated note, are you still obsessed with this series or has that phase gone long ago?
Am i nt..its doubled...i dont noe hw im goin to control myself till july 2011....i mean seriously if first part is like dis...i wonder hw the last and THE ULTIMATE FINALE of the epic is gonna finish....

heyx!...just watched hp7 part1 so thought to share my review
😃
- How excited were you about it? And how did it turn out to be? Did it meet your expectation? How was it? Fantastic, decent, or dreadful?
i was very much excited for it!....as i wanted atleast sum new magically action packed movie to watch! as i was tired of watching goblet of fire lyk 10000 tymes!.....ummm....no it didnt met my level of expectation i thought it to be more of an action movie unlyk hbp n trailers were too gud so my level of expectation raised automatically and unfortunately the movie was not upto the mark........
i would rate it lyk 3 out of 5😳

- Thoughts on the movie and other technical aspects? The performances, direction, screenplay, cinematography, music, editing, visual effects, art direction...?
technically it was superb!..everything was upto infact above the mark!.....all the magical stuff shown is perfect!👏👏👏👏

- How did the trio grow and evolve as an actor? Who was the best of the three?
to be honest i didnt saw much of the trio!....there were only harry n hermoine there ron was not seen much.......i think hermoine was THE BEST!.....her acting was too gud n she was just perfect!👏⭐️😃

- How close was it to the book? How much did they leave out that made you pull out your hair in frustration?
umm...i didnt read the book so cant comment on this one😛

- Was the split appropriate or not? Was it effective? Was it really needed or did WB just do it to rake more money?
i think it was not appropriate!.....the way they ended the movie with volde taking that wand was fair enuf! but still the first part didnt had anything!.....it was slow!...the real action started from there when volde takes the wand and they ended it there😡.....duh! they have done each n every thing to rake money n even this step is to make a gud sum of money too!...i badly wanted to watch the whole 7th part together but it didnt happened *snob* but at the end ur left shocked while ur mouth is felt sumwhere down there n ur unable to recover the shock that the movie have ended!

- How was the pacing? Did it drag at any place or was it too fast to follow?
it was way too slow!.....lyk at a point u are just abt to sleep cozz of the slow pace

- Any scene/dialogue/performance that stuck out?
very initial scene were too gud lyk the evil talks n then everyone turning hp n then that wedding n then the trio drinking the portion to turn into other ppl but the one that is still stuck in my mind is that when dobby died😭😭😭😭......it was too originallyy done

- Anything in the movie that you [relatively] found better than the book (a particular scene, for instance)?
i didnt read the book😳😛

- Was it the best of the series? Where would you place it when compared to the other HP movies?
ummmm..........i would rank it at no.6😳😛😃

- Was it not better than Twilight? 😆
duh!...wayyyyyy better then twilight!....
- Finally, on a quite unrelated note, are you still obsessed with this series or has that phase gone long ago?

Hey every1,

I know that every1 has an opinion, but I would like to tell you a bit about what I thought.

Taking into consideration the fact that the last movie wasn't so great, I went to the theatre expecting a half ass movie that didn't do justice to the book at all. I kept expecting to come out with this feeling that I wasted my money on something that wasn't needed, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The acting, cinematography, directing, and everything else was amazing. The scene that really stuck in my mind was where Daniel Radcliffe was trying to cheer Emma Watson up after Rupert Grint left. Watching Daniel Radcliffe dance added a comic relief to an otherwise intense, somewhat dark film.

James and Oliver Phelps added the much needed comic relief to the movie. Rupert Grint's comic timing was very good as well.

The scene that really made me cry was Dobby's death. While his death itself didn't make me cry, the reactions that everyone had to his death made me really cry. Daniel Radcliffe pulled off that scene as if had actually happened in real life. Even Emma Watson and Rupert Grint were brilliant in their face expressions. I especially liked how Evanna Lynch did her role.

The other scene that made me cry was the graveyard scene, when Harry found his parents' tombstones in the church graveyard. The way that scene was portrayed, with very few words but a lot of emotion, really tugged at my heart strings. Daniel Yates made it feel very realistic and both Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe were amazing.

David Yates really impressed me this time. He added small innovations, such as during the Deathly Hallows story, and took out scenes that while important could be done without in the movie.

Overall, I would rate the movie a 9.5 out of 10. 👏

ya i will miss emma and harry and ron wat is the real name of ron???
