Hello y'all,

So as we all know Harry's the hero of the books and everything, but there are times when I wished the books were written in someone's else POV. Like maybe Ron, Hermione, Neville or just anyone lol. Like in the 6th book, Harry got so annoying and boring. All he thought about was Draco and Snape and Draco again. And maybe Dumbledore and Ginny sometimes, but I swear he thought more about Draco than Ginny LMAO. So anyway, sometimes I feel it would be interesting if the books were written in different POVS and we got to know thoughts of different characters, so like one chapter each character.
Sounds confusing, but better than Harry cos his thoughts bore me sometimes lol.🥱😆
Thoughts?

i agree...
even i was bored sumtimes while reading hbp, harry was so obsessed with draco, sry, with draco's plan...lol! but may be it was better that books were written in harry's POV only... i can't explain why but HP is just perfect the way it is...

Thing is Harry is REALLLY nosey. In the first two books especially, like he went out of his way to figure out the whole philosophers stone and the chambers of secrets. I mean quit trying to be a hero Harry. That's kinda why the first two are my least favourite because in the other books stuff happens to him unlike in the first two where he chased around these mysteries.

Well it wasn't always Harry's POV. Like in HBP it starts off with Fudge and the Muggle Prime Minister. Then it goes to Spinners End. Also, Deathly Hallows started off with Snape and Yaxley (I think) going to Malfoy Manor and Voldemort cooking up their Harry schemes.

AND, GoF started off with the Riddle family murder backstory and Voldemort killing Frank.

I like reading things from Harry's POV because we can clearly see his faults and still learn to love him as the main character, because we know everything he goes through. I feel that if we read the series through someone else's eyes, we wouldn't have liked Harry too much.
But if I had to choose, I'd have love reading the series through Neville's POV. Sorry, I wouldn't have like reading Hermione or Ron's POV.

Awww, why not Ron or Hermione? lol, I agree it would be kinda boring too, since all Hermione would think about is studies/other random Harry stuff and I bet Ron only thinks about himself.🤔😆
