I was just wondering if there are any plot holes in either the movie or the book? I HIGHLY doubt that there are in the books especially.

Just curiosity.

Well, there are a lot of plot holes in the movies, but I can't think of any off the top of my head in the books. I don't think there are big ones, but if you go to Mugglenet.com, there's a section there for people who've found trivial mistakes in the books that don't affect the plot, but are fun to read about. It's very interesting.

Plot Holes are like errors that were made in the story.. like let's say in one part of the book it says something but then later something happens which is not possible because it contradicts something else. It's not like answered question but more of a flaw.

You're welcome. :) Yeah, I spent so long reading the mistakes. It's really interesting how some people spot these things.

Some of the ones I thought were glaringly obivous in Deathly Hallows and before:
(Will expand when I get more time)
- Sirius' two-way mirror to Harry. Unused in OOTP when it could really have been used. Virtually useless - seems to me like JKR forgot all about it.
- The half-blinded dragon plot seemed to be born out of convenience rather than substance. A dragon wouldn't notice three people wiggling on its back? That it couldn't hear Ron who was shouting for most of the trip? That none of the people chasing them could accio a broom to continue the chase? Right.
- Harry can hear Voldemort's thoughts and what he does in DH when the greater part of OOTP establishes that Voldemort is a skilled in legilimency (sp) and occulumency.
- Removal of LV's horcrux from Harry's body was an area that was full of errors and non-continuity. The soul piece is apparently removed but Harry doesn't die because he's the master of an Elder wand but then, why does LV's killing curse work on him at all? It doesn't work later in the final duel. Why wasn't the horcrux/soul piece rejected in Chamber of Secrets when the basilisk's venom was in Harry? Why did the horcrux not move on to the nearest living person like it did when LV first avada'ed Harry?
