Guest House
Ravi is consoling Shymalee when Vikram comes back. Ravi asks him where he was as they were worried and searching for him for 3 hours. Vikram says he is sorry and that he was not feeling well and had come back to take the goli but then he did not take the goli and he fell unconscious and when he woke up it was already evening and he went back to the picnic spot but no one was there. Shymalee gets angry and tells Vikram that he lied that she was the most important thing in his life and now he has taken the medicine. Vikram says he did not take the medicine and threw it. Shymalee asks Ravi to search the bed again.
Singhania House
Jayant telling Sanya not to worry as he is there. He tells her that Sharda will never agree to her marrying Apoorva so she needs to run away and marry him. He tells her to pack her stuff and in the night he will help her escape He also gives money to her and tells her to call him Papa.
Guest House
Ravi is searching the bed but does not get the medicine .Komal tells him to search under the bed and he finds the bottle. He counts the tablets and tells Shymalee he had got 10 tablets and they are all there. Shymalee is very happy and tells Vikram that his willpower is strong and he will get out of this addiction now. Vikram tells her that he is not strong and only for her promise did not take the medicine. But he cannot live without the medicine and in the night again if he gets an attack he will need to take the medicine. He takes the bottle from Ravi and leaves teh room
Singhania House
Sanya is packing when Sharada comes there . Sharada tries to knock some sense but Sanya does not listen. So sharada tells her that she will be in the locked up room till she does not let go of the idea of marrying apoorva. Sanya tells her she is hungry and Sharada leaves to get her food.
Guest House
Shymalee is thinking about what Vikram told her about not being able to stop taking the medicine. She is crying and the title track plays.She goes to the bedroom and sees Vikram peacefully sleeping . On the side table there is 1/2 glass milk and the medicine bottle. Seeing this she goes out of the room crying saying God she lost.
Singhania House
Jayant thinks that Sharada is a fool to not listen to her stubborn daughter. But he says thanks to her foolishness he has become close to his daughter. He goes over to Sanya's room. Sanya tells him that Sharada has gone to get her food. Jayant tells her that they need to leave immediately and asks her to call him Papa. Sanya calls him papa and a happy Jayant leads her out of the house withoout anyone seeing the,. Sanya thanks her papa and leaves.
Sharada is taking food when Kanhaiya tells her what she is doing is wrong. There is call and it is Komal. Sharada tells Kanhaiya to take the food for Sanya as she attends the call. Komal tells her that Shymalee has lost as Vikram said he cannot stay without the medicine. Sharada is very happy and hangs up. Right then Kanhiya comes there and tells her Sanya has run away leaving behind a letter. Sharada reads teh letter and gets annoyed but says she will find Sanya but this news should not reach Singhania. Jayant is listening to their conversation.
Parking Lot
Apoorva tells Sanya its not right what she did. Sanya asks him if he loves her and he says yes. Then sanya says that they willl marry tomorrow morning and she does not care about her relatives. Apoorva is thinking that he cares and he cannot marry her as this will spoil all the years of hardwork his mother has put . He tells Sanya that he needs to think about it.
Outside the Guest House
Shymalee is crying in the garden when Ravi comes there. He asks her why she is not allowing Vikram to have the medicine and a peaceful sleep. He tells her that he and Komal came all the wya just to give Vikram the medicine. He also tells her he knows that she loves Vikram a lot so when he in pain she is also in pain. So he does not understand the logic behind not giving Vikram the medicine. Shymalee tells him its very late in the night and he needs to go to bed. Once Ravi leaves she again starts crying.
Singhania House
Singhania is in his study when Jayant comes there and tells him that Sanya has run away from the house. Singhania is shocked and Jayant adds more masala by saying Sharada and Kanhiya know it yet they did not make him aware. Singhania leaves the room while the epsiode ends with Jayant giving an evil grin.
