but I think I have seen this kind of behavior by employers in India, specially with a bit lower staff like salespersons, peons etc. I loved it how they showed the other guy tried to get Nikhil humiliated at his level best .But truth always wins and am glad Nik came out unscathed and manager had grace to say sorry in front of everyone who witnessed his humiliation. I mean that at least showed the guy had enough courage to admit he made a mistake. One should never jump on conclusions, but even at my work if any medicine or food goes missing me and my manager try to think it is new person. But before making any accusations we go through security tapes etc. So I do understand that manager's first suspicion went to Nikhil but he should have behaved better.

I am happy that Laajo got her advance and hopefully nik would get it too..

Last but not the least Nik admiiting he needs his job and wanted to continue was a positive thing,which shows in life one has to eat humble pie too.it is reality of life

Yes, good post. Nikhil is growing . laajo is growing. So is Raanjho, and her gang . Even Sagar is shown thinking about things. BUT Barkha is at a stagnant position.

Laughing and telling everyone how she enjoyed herself in the party ----when she had hurt her son so badly. When are they going to show her getting her payback. For whatever Nikhil has said to her is not getting through . Its frustrating!!!
