inder said it was easy for us to either sign the divorce papers or get them signed(hint here---Nikhil was made to sign those papers on pretext of things that it is best for Laajo to let go..later on his bua also said so to Nikhil).

Nikhil should have objected more to engagement I agree on that but not even for a second during that conversation did he smile, he said yes after nani coaxed him by saying ishaana's mom would need some commitment as she is mother of daughter(who knows --did Nikhil think of Laajo's mom there) but that is when he said yes.To him he has already done a great wrong with Laajo and hurt her and her family. Now he wants to do one thing right --that si for Ishaana.I mean this is my View point. I could be wrong and I also partly agree with u zek-- bec it is true yaar Nikhil si behaving almost criminally. I find that si loose scripting by cvs which is killing the essence of story. But am hoping for better episodes and we should keep open mind and who knows what Nikhil does next and how good or bad it is ...to me today was a jolt, tomorow should have a reflection and road should lead from there but I have gotten another bad news from that engagement scene...ishaana is here for another 3 months...we all know she will go alone and Nikhil will cancel his engagement party but 3 maheena we will have to tolerate IShaana..yuk..my only consolation can be if she gets to taste her own medicine.

This was the bottom line yaar .. what else can change his soul? wait that is the thing ...ur soul can't be changed and maybe it happened due to many reasons like childhood probs and blah blah ..but once u r soul shapes up,u can't change it ..so yah no point in hoping ...😉

Today's episode is one of those where the CV's are laying the foundation of the upcoming tracks. I wasn't disappointed in the least, in fact I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's episode.

First and foremost, watching Lajoo being chased by her mom with a broomstick made me smile, because it was so good to see her acting like her old self. Kudos to her, unlike most heroines who sacrifice their love and yet still moon over their lost love, Lajoo is actually moving on with her life, because her happiness lies in the fact that Nikhil has gone back and started a new life with the girl he loves. It is that simple for her, that is why instead of being angry at him, she tells her mom not to blame Nikhil, because he hasn't cheated her, he had told her with all honesty that he loves someone else and that he would never be able to love her. Hats of to Lajoo's maturity, sensibility and strength.

Next bit of the episode worth mentioning is the scene where Nikhil walks into the main hall where the discussion of his engagement to Ishana is being discussed and I knew he wouldn't be comfortable with it. His hesitancy said it all ! He was still married and it isn't ethical for him to marry someone else. But like always, he is easily convinced, not because he dying to get engaged to Ishana, it is more because of the guilt trip Nani ji took him on, where she goes all traditional on him, how Ishana has waited for him, that she must want commitment from him, and that Ishana's mom would want to see her daughter commited, so if not marriage, then at least Nikhil can get engaged to Ishana. Nikhil being the emotional person he is, finally agrees to it. The ladies in his life, surely knows how to push his buttons, to make him dance to their tunes, be it Nani, Barkha or Ishana. Poor guy !!

Last but not the least, the scene I was waiting for since last night episode ! Finally someone showed him the reality and burst Nikhil's buble about the fact that Lajoo never loved him !!! I know most of you would be cursing Nikhil for announcing his engagement to their friends, but like I said after last night's episode, every step taken by Nikhil-Ishana from now onwards will actually have a deeper impact on Nikhil-Lajoo's relationship. Just lool at the way he stuttered when he said 'are u trying to say Lajoo loved me'. It was as if he couldn't believe his ears, that this could actually be true ! He then again tries to deny, thinking Ranjo must be saying this on her own, so with more confidence he says that there was never love involved between him and Lajoo, and Ranjoo has no choice but to tell him the truth about Lajoo's love for him. This truth has shook him to his core, and so much so that in the precap he just break the hold Ishana had on him and leaves from there. If he were really excited about his engagement to Ishana, he wouldn't have so easily forgot why they came to meet their friends in the first place.

Nikhil is on the right path for sure, but his character isn't as strong as Lajoo or like a typical male lead. He is emotional and very impressionable, so it is very easy to manipulate him, so it is going to take him time to realize what he actually feels for Lajoo. We will just need to have patience.

totaly agree with you,to me also hsi hesitancy said it all,he was not comfortable at all with engagement news.And you are right way Laajo said pyaar hi itna hai ke gusse ki jageh hi nahi hai way she said it was so beautiful and jolt he got with last scene was so bang on and it was destiny that made Laajo's parents and Nikhil find out about depth of her heart in same episode almost at same time.that says a lot about thinking process of Cvs.
