I think Pawan and his family probably found Arpita and took her to the hospital. When she became conscious she probably didn't remember anything, and the doctor's might have told Pawan's family to pretend that they are her family, and not allow her to remember her past as this might cause her shock and she may die.

Would explain why the family are close to Pihu in such a short time.

What do you guys think?

she cannot be Arpita, becoz if she is Arpita then she cannot mix with her family so well in these short times and of course Pihu is not from Lallanpur but Arpita was, atlaest she will remember something about the town, and the way family is protecting her and care for her I donot think sh is Arpita

If she didn't have any memory loss and if she is staying away from her family only because she is planning something big to trap all who ruined her life. The new family might be helping her. She might have slapped Avdesh only to prove that she is not Arpita. I strongly believe that she is Arpita. Just my POV

I think that pandit has a stong hand in this. Maybe he has turned on bahuji himself or has some other gain from it. He had a weird smile on his face when he took arpi after she had fallen. Something tells me he didnt throw her in the sea/river. Maybe he took her somewhere and actually told these people that she was related to them or that they should look after her for him??? But obviously pj would meet the family and maybe something will be revealed then??

i too believe she is arpita but with a memory loss and if she has complete memory loss then she wont remember anything not even her family or town, i think something like ash in dil ka rishta film.
