Chapter 16

Night that wasn't..

"Arpi, will you open the door", Jagat yelled. Arpita took a deep breath, and opened the door.

Jagat- "What took you so long?"

Arpi - "Umm, I was arranging my wardrobe."
Jagat sat on the bed, his back facing Avi- " Here, have this Milk."

Arpi disliked milk, she mad a face," Bhaiyya u know how much I.." she stopped as noticed Avi peeping from within. He teased her by pouting his lips. She was mad at him.

Jagat- "I know, but Im not leaving till you finish."
Avi enjoyed her worried expressions. He rofled silently thus irritating her all the more.

Arpi glared at him- "Ok Ok fine." She gulped the milk & banged the glass on the table.

Jagat- "Thats like a good girl. He hugged her and went away."

Arpi stood facing her window. Avi came out of his hiding place & hugged her from back.

"Aww, My Princess", he whispered in her ears & kissed her on her neck.

Arpi jerked his hands off. He realised that she was still angry, so he turned her towards him.

Arpi- "I hate drinking milk... & only because of you, I had to gulp that white stuff."

Avi- "Im SORRY Arpi, I only wanted you to get well soon. Ok Look, Im holding My ears.. SORRY."
He literally caught both his ears & made a sad face. Arpi burst out laughing. "Aww, Fine. " She gently pulled his cheeks. Avi's heart swelled in happiness. He enjoyed her laughter. Her laughter.. full of innocence made him fall more in love with her.

Avi moved forward to kiss her, but Arpi held him by his shoulder- "Mr. Thakur.. I think you should be leaving now. Its already late."

Avi didnt want to leave- "Just little while more.."

Arpi was adamant- "Nope."

Avi sighed- "Fine.. By the way.. I want to take you out for dinner tomorrow."

Arpi- "Dinner?? Is there something special tomorrow?"

Avi- "Naah.. its just that I wanna spend some time with you."

Arpi realised what he meant- "Umm.. Im sorry Avdhesh.. I wont be able to make it.."

Avi grabbed her by the waist & pulled her close to him.
"Dont you dare to say 'NO'. You very well know that I get what I want & you ARE COMING with me. Do you get that?"

Arpi was shell shocked by his outburst.

Ramona, thanks for this great update. Sharan thanks for the pm. Funny Avi had to hide when Jagat came. Arpi hates drinking milk, aww she sounded like a pouting child. Cute that Arpi was kicking Avi out when he wanted to stay. Avi is very aggressive and obsessive over Arpi, poor girl can't deny his orders. Can't wait for their dinner. Please update soon.
