Blissful Night
The Sharma household was tensed ever since they were informed about the incident. Aparna was continously shedding tears & desperately praying to God. Subodh tried to console her but it didnt help.
" God knows whr is my Daughter, woh kaisi hogi, kis haal mein hogi". She cried a lot.
Atlast Arpi arrived bringing a satisfactory smile on their faces. Aparna hugged her daughter tight
"Where were You beta?"
She noticed the bandage on Arpi's arm.
"OMG.. how did this happen & who did this? Does it hurt? "
She continued pouring out questions.
Arpita-"Mummy Relax(She held Arparna by the shoulders) I'm fine. It was a minor accident. "
Jagat- " Accident?! It doesnt look like an accident."
Arpi-"Bhaiyya, I lost my balance & fell"
Jagat wasnt satisfied. He knew she was hiding something.
But before he could go on, Subodh began- " Jagat, Cant u see she's stressed out. Let her rest"
Jagat- "But Papa.."
Aparna- "Jagat.. we'll talk later. Arpi, beta go up & rest.. Im serving you dinner."
Arpi was very much happy. Atleast she escaped from the ocean of questions.
"Okay mummy."
After Dinner, Arpi fastened the door & changed into her favourite night gown. She stood by the window gazing at the moon lost in Avi's thoughts. She slowly raised her hand & touched her lips. It reminded her of the kiss. No.. It wasnt a proper kiss. She wanted to grab those irresistable lips again... She unknowingly smiled at her silly self & roamed around the whole room. She was on the top of the world. She felt an urge to be with him. She wanted to be in his arms... But she didnt know that her wished would be fulfilled any moment..
"Missing me, were you?"
Arpi still in lala land- "Yes.. Heyy.. (she turned around only to find him leaning against the door)
.. wha-what are you doing here & wait a minute.. How did you get in?"
Avi walked towards her- "well.. I have my own ways & btw.. why do think Im here?? of course for my Princess."
Arpi slightly blushed but covered it up with a frown- "Get out of my room."
Avi was amused- "Your room?? Princess.. this room is now mine."
Arpi- "Yours?"
Avi- "Yep.. its mine.. everything in this room is mine.. including (pause) the person (he moved closer to her) standing in front of me."
He stood just a few inches away from her. Before he could kiss her, Arpi pushed him & ran.
Avi jumped on the bed- "Ahhh.. this is so good."
Arpi disliked anyone on her bed especially when her soft teddies were sleeping peacefully- "Heyy.. Get off my bed. Right now."
Avi wasnt bothered- "How many times should I tell you that it belongs to me.. & what are these stupid things around."
He picked up her favourite pink teddy.
Arpi growled- "Dont you touch my Fliffy."
Avi laughed- "Fliffy???" 🤣
Arpi- "yess.. my Fliffy." 😡
While she walked towards the bed, She tripped over the carpet & fell straight on Avdhesh.
