The Broken Bits of Life (part4)

Rewa's words pierced his heart even more and shattered it into thousand pieces..

Kesar tried hard to tackle 'what' his senses brought him..he so wanted to be with himself..isolated from the whole world..he felt like losing the control over him, while he stepped back and some how managed to reach his room upstairs..walked in mechanically and fell on to the ground..all that he could find around him was solitude and just solitude..he sat in the dark for so long..still not able to digest the moment...his agony could no more stay within him and he yelled in pain

KYUN????

Kyun ho raha hein mere saath aisa..

he sobbed uncontrollably...the burden of his miind began to conquer him physically as his voice turned weak and feable

(he resumed in a weak tone)..Kismat bhi mere saath kaunsa khel khel raha hein..

He leaned on the wall and stood up while his body shivered...walked slowly towards the 'portrait' and pulled down the veil desperately

Kesar(fustrated):Kyun?? agar meri nahin ho sakthi thi tho..kyun aayi mere saamne?? meri zindgi mein?? (he pulled out the picture and held in his hands...tears trailed through his face, turning his eyes red and sat back on the floor)

Her memories flashed through his mind..each and every moment, when he saw her for the first time at the sea shore...and every those moments she passed through, before him..every those moments he was stopped from going near her..every those moments that he adored her from afar...a smile went through his face as he relived all those moments,,,all those moments 'with' her but not being with her,,,,,his smile had the touch of infinite pain...infinite pain of the infinite loss bewaiting him..

Kesar (resumed): Yahin yaadein kaafi hein mere liye..(stammered).yeh sach hein ki mein tuje kabhi bhul nahin paunga(Kesar slowly regained his strength) tu hamesha wahin ladki hogi mere liye, jise meine pehli baar dekha...jiski jagah kabhi koi nahin le saktha..jiski yadon mein..mein apni poori zindgi bitha saktha hun...Tuje ab kisi aur roop mein.mein nahin dekh paunga...nahin hosaktha mujse yein...tere saamna karna ab mere liye mauth se bhi mushkil horaha hein..(he wiped his face in determination)..(in a determined voice)..lekin muje yein karna hoga..mere Vasanthba ke liye..phir mein hamesha hamesha keliye chala jaunga..aur kabhi bhi tuje patha nahin chalne dunga..kuch bhi..(The last word went swallowed in weep)

(in an apologising tone)..agle kuch dino mein mere barthav...agar...agar thuje kahina kahin dard pahunchega.. tho (in a weak tone) muje..m..maaf kar dena.

He stretched his arm towards the portrait..paused for a while..but withdrewed as he turned back and walked away

...

Kesar was leaning on the chair contemplating all those past events..with her portrait close to his chest..after a while he became consious as he checked his wrist for the time and left in a hurry, after locking the door..

Alanta - you've presented a very interesting version of the possible G-K-V trio. I remember having a long discussion about this among a bunch of us during the last phase of Gulaal, especially after the way the finale wrapped up, in debating Vasant's presence in that part - and how the debate stemmed over what if Vasant had never died. In a way, although from a different ground, you're presenting that kind of storyline, where the triangle is genuine, with 3 genuinely good people in complicated love relationships! Liking the sketching of story so far, and looking forward to how you take it from here. Not sure if it was me, or if you intended for us to get some hint of Kesar pulling of fake 'mean acts' on Gulaal post the GV marriage to get into her bad books and make sure he never reveals his vulnerable side?

acha isliye you were crying😭very emotional chapter but what is this,it's too short.want bigger chapters next time.ok now coming onto the chapter.you expressed his agony and pain beautifully.I felt very sad for Kesar ,the dialogues in hindi were superb-loved them.oh Kesar why didn't you talk to her😭but its ok waise bhi woh usi ki tho hone waali hai😃loved that he still has the portrait.Kesar is a sweet romantic.now please update soon and a bigger chapter please😭

awww alanta past men yeh sab hua tha toh kesar is still sad na? ab toh gulaal is his wife then woh abhi bhi sad kyun hai? lovely update yar 😃, so emotional 😭 me waiting now that where did kesar go in a hurry? n how gulaal became his wife?? jaldi update karna yar, loved this part 😃

the memories of a bitter past will always make us sad na?? just like sweet memories will always bring us a smile.. their past is not less than a night mare even now..and esp when they never have discussed about it in all these two years .Kesar went to pick Gulaal from her office..hope it is clear..Thank u so much dear..Glad that you liked it...

Atleast u posted up- so I won't complain about the length. The story has a wonderful touch to it. I mean Kesar is ready to live his life with her memories though he didn't even knw a single thing abt her, what can I say more- I am just so glad that he is with his lady love now, eases me even more wen I go back to the past. Kesar's breakdown was beautifully written. Awaiting ur next update, Atlanta

Alanta...me cant see him like this yaar...his pain seeing his love as his brothers life partner is very much...as he said he can never forget her and he can never let nay other girl take her place in his heart...looks like he would not talk to her n also he would behave bit rudely with her...
