I personally think I'm most offended about how unfair it is to the writing team. As an MFA student in creative writing, I think, I can't help but take it personally - it just puts me off so bad! For some people to be out there giving so much honesty to a piece of fiction, only to be rushed through in the end. It's unfair to how much they have put in so far - and honestly, I doubt one person in the channel admin knows what it's like to keep up a story line of such complexity while dealing with all the routine pressures of being a daily soap. The least SP owes them is a proper time to end it.

Nahhh...same account should be fine! I e-mailed them too plus the production house as well!! This has been going on long enough and as true blue Galool fans...we deserve some answers. Lets put these rumors to rest!! 😉 Jeez Louise, here we are pouring our hearts out in the forum religiously every single night...watching the episodes 5-6 times daily...who says the show is not doing well? 😕😕

The site that confirms that gulaal is going to end in aug 19th also said that starplus has confirmed it. I didnt=ot see any news regarding gulaal's axe in starplus site. How can this be true then? 😕 By the way i have emailed the production house as well. Lets see if anyone gets some information on this. And i pray that somehow this show would save.

Thanks for sharing this sad news. Everytime a good show comes to an end because the TRP audience did not like it. This is the only show I watch on Star Plus and now they are ending it. They should just change the timeslot.

If I'm not wrong this is a UK site, if there is something of this sort it should come on an Indian site first, isnt it? Let's wait for a TB article.

I too am suspicious of these rumours...everytime there is a Mahaepisode, there is a spike in the rumours about the show ending...given the frequent dissappearence of experienced actors from the ancillary cast and their singular overexposure of the character of Talli (assayed by a newbie), I do think that the production team is cutting costs/corners. However, till there is some confirmation of this news (show ending) from StarPlus or a reliable Indian source, I am going to simply enjoy this show...

Yes it is from the UK site, and thats what i thought when i looked at it..I am not believing in this news at all... just hope that its just a stupid rumor..

When I saw that maha epi ad i thought this kind of thing will be happen...Oo why I am so much addicted to this indian drama...I accidentally start to watch this drama...I love hindi films and songs...but don't like hindi teledramas...bcoz some of them r really sucked...

Do u know when I was start to watch this drama???...from April 1st(fool's day)...

First I thought that Kesar was the son of Gulaal...I ve occasionally watched Gulaal after april 1st epi...When I saw Kesar's entry (that fighting scene) I ve turned off my TV(do u believe it?..but i really did it..🤢..at that time i really didn't know anything abt Neil Bhatt...)...Bcoz i thought this also a stupid drama(I don't like WWE)...Then after 2 weeks(I guess...🤔) I accidentally change my channel to Star plus...Then I saw Kesar's looking at Gulaal in really unexpected way(I told u first I thought he z the son of Gulaal)...Then I came to this Site and searched what z their relationship...When I saw that they r married couple I was like 😲 😵 😕 ... Then I ve watched previous episodes to get an idea... about their relationship...ohh I don't know how i ve addicted to this drama...This z the first drama(and will be the last) I've addicted in my lifetime...

Now i really wanna ...

awww dont worry geesha.. i am also addicted to this serial.. But you knows there were always rumors about gulaal being axed and trust me i didnt believe any of them. And this time i will do the same thing.. we should all think positive and stay positive. Serials like gulaal doesnt deserve to be end this soon... so lets hope that these are just plain stupid rumors...😊

Likewise Geeshani, I started watching the show because it had such a different storyline - rural setup, Gulaal (water divination), Durgesh (transgender) and his forcible outing, Bahucchara mata, the costumes etc.etc. The actors were incredible and the camera work superb for a TV serial. I lost interest after the Deeyarvattu (which I found an incredibly strong episode) mainly because they seemed to spend too much time on Reva's wedding and a school drama...the story began to drag -despite the continued quality of the actors and camera work. I accidentally cameback to the show on April 1st and like quicksand it grabbed my eyeballs !!! 😊
