I can't believe how mean she was. She saw him completely broken there and what does she do? Does she display a spark of sympathy? compassion? I hope kesar doesn't do something stupid. And what was with Motabha's reaction anyway!? Jamna kaki was hilarious, though I don't know why she'd be shocked. I thought she knew all along. But Motabha was just confusing 😕

Someone mentioned in another thread a possible explanation for why Motabha looked like that.

"Mota Bha had always warned Gulaal that Kesar was getting attracted to her. He even sent Kesar to the boarding school so that he grows in a healthy way...away from Gulaal where he can handle his adolescence!

Gulaal would simply shove off Mota Bha's warning and concerns about Kesar saying that he was merely attached to her and nothing more.

When Gulaal heard Kesar voice his feelings it came as a jolt. Everything that Mota Bha had been warning her about was coming true...

So she decided to pick her bags up and quit!"
