Hey guys sorry was out all day, for a family function
So only just got back to seeing the episode, and also i have not read any posts as of yet by you guys at all, so my analysis is in what i have seen lol
Firstly yesterday two things happen to Gulaal which she never ever expected at all - (how ironic that it seems though all her life alot of things have happened to her unexpectedly, what a life it has been for her... widow at a young age, Vasant dying, doing a deeyarvatu, finding out D was the cause of Vasant's death and so on... -its like fate is hitting her and hurting her time and time again ) back to what i was saying, two things happened to her which as i said she would of never dreamt of happening - if ppl back 10 yrs gave her a scenerio that she will keep her deeyarvatu for life, and has to start it properly - she would of never thought so and would think its impossible (let alone if let it enter her mind), another would be Kesar being in love with her - this one she would of laughed at if anyone ever told her this years back... - dont we usually do that when someone says something to us about anything - we laugh it of or think its impossible for that to ever happen to us, and then years later it happens to us, and then you look back and think when someone mentioned that particular thing... and you find yourself astonised at it
Now these are the two things that happened to her yesterday, esp the love confession was where she reacted alot as we saw, and thats the main thing that will determine what state of mind Gulaal has today and in the future (coz its something she wont be able to take, let alone accept it) - that has changed Gulaal stance in what we saw today isnt it... i think i saw a helpless and somewhat defeated Gulaal today esp in the two scenes at the start (which we saw Kesar's love confession echoing all around to her), one where she rushes into her in room, crying and i mean proper crying not just have silent tears running down her face, but proper cry and that arm movements she did - just indicated, something she cant take, and couldnt believe and also with defeatness in it, next scene was going up to Vasant reaching out for him (note when she reached out to Vasant we get a flashback on Kesar saying he cant live without her, it felt like this is what/how Gulaal has lived without Vasant, knowing she couldnt live without him, but had to) and taking his photo and kneeling down with it crying near her chest, and it felt like she needed him more today then ever, so maybe she didnt have to see this day i guess
Talli and Gulaal scene, i think we noticed that Gulaal hasnt somewhat been able to face Talli, or what to say to her, or how to console her or how to act around her coz of what has happened and deep down Gulaal knows she has hurt Talli, and there is guilt there... and its hard to be total normal with that person and we know Gulaal and Talli are close and Gulaal is the one who always consoles Talli - but today we didnt see that, we saw Gulaal trying to speak to her as Talli entered the room and stopped, i think it was better that Talli got off from her chest what she wanted to say and all it was about was loving someone (no blame game, no faults, no bitterness, no anger i see towards Gulaal from her - but to the point in what she wanted to say) just giving Gulaal another confession of love - that Kesar has for her, and tells her Kesar loves her and we saw Gulaal's stance again shake by that knowledge and Talli gives her the letters, and basically Talli in simple words tells that if this isnt love then what is it, all that he has done and all the things he did and not wanting this deeyarvatu broken, he did this coz he couldnt ever give anyone her place - its love, as Talli says if this isnt love then what is it. Its gonna Gulaal a long time to get to the conclusion that Talli has got to, because Talli has simply got it whilst Gulaal hasnt, and wont - and thats natural, its something so impossible for her.
Letter scene was done well - coz i got why she came up with the conclusion she did in a way and also did anybody think of Imli scene whilst she picked the letters off the floor...
Am i relieved the letters were out in the open, i say yes and no - maybe more leaning towards Yes, one coz Talli got it and understood it, i think for someone from the outside view would definately view those letters as letters filled with longing and yearning, and that this is person is in love... and bsically coz Talli has had a doubt that there is someone and why Kesar has been Gulaal's Kesar all this time, but for Gulaal her it was hard for her to see that, and thats why what she said to Kesar later on was i say right, coz all Gulaal got from those letters is that he has some kind of attachment to her, its attachment (and thats what i felt when i saw that scene with her reading those letters, coz of what we heard and what she read, even thought it was Kesar's voiceover), those letters she read dont mean as much to her today coz she got them at this point coz it could be that she doesnt want to face it, deal with it, cant believe, more so i think its 'you cant be in love with me', 'no it cant be', 'no this cant happen' basically Yeh nahin ho sakta dialogue would be appropriate... (which also felt in what we saw in the slaps yesterday), Those letters just says to her that he isnt liking it here without her, he thinks of her everytime, he's seeks her, he hates her, he doesnt want to see her, he wants to come near her and yet doesnt... Unlike us, she hasnt seen the heart-wrenching Kesar with those letters and what those words he has written means, and she wont get them until she probably reads them again with an open mind and whenever she starts to feel her feelings changing for her
Attachment i think it rather a good word for Gulaal to use at the moment, she will question that and not believe that he is in love with her - like proper love, she will dismiss it as attachment which she did and also as he says my love is from childhood..., she doesnt believe that it can or is proper love, i think it was a rather good scene coz i expected Gulaal to say what she did, Yeh pyaar nahin hai... i think any woman would of said that, esp one that wont believe in it and one who doesnt want to really hear those words again... and see what Kesar's eyes were like yesterday... so clear with so much love, despite her not wanting to think about it or see it - denial is the word
What i loved about Kesar, is that he is still calm and there is some sort of peace in him, no gussa (and its didnt even matter that she read those letters though i was rather surprised that Gulaal made an attempt to even go and give the letters back) esp when she was saying its not love and so on... and you know this is the Kesar i expect to see from now and wanted (coz i had said that once Kesar gets it, there has to be a change in demeanor from him) and also Kesar expects this Gulaal as well in what she says and act (her denial and disbelief etc) - no matter what Gulaal says or does, as in distances herself, ignores him, is un-nerved by him, angry at him, annoyed at him (coz this somewhat the Gulaal i think we will see from now on, kinda like how Kesar was when he came back and has been) - he will take it, and expect it, accept it and not only that he will want it all - he will want anything that Gulaal dishes out to him, coz atleast she is reacting/venting and reacting towards him - he'll want that, in whatever state and emotions, and most importantly whether she believes its love or not at this point as he did say she can call it whatever she wants or look at it in anyway, but dont/not give his love the name of innocence or small, and its only her that lives in his heart and all these years he has only ever wanted her - Wow Kesar lal has finally got everything clear and you see him so clear and so to the point and so contented in a way, finally he has got it and that it just makes total sense to him and how he is feeling, all these years he's finally found what it has been and what it is... LOVE š³ and what i even loved more was that he says one day she will have to accept that its the truth, what i loved is that there was no forcing, no forcing of himself - like saying she will have to accept him, and his love as such - all it was just a simple way of saying one day she will realise that its love, and she will have to accept THAT truth, if nothing else... cue Gulaal is shocked and says nothing but kinda doesnt know what to say or has any words but walks out, i somewhat see this bit coming true in the future, that one day she will accept that its love and its the truth
Can i say the other scene that stood out was one of Gulaal looking at the photo of Vasant and child Kesar, two ppl in her life that meant and mean so much, but today Kesar is not Kesar to her is he, she has seen him as a child, isnt that was the photo kinda indicated... thats the Kesar she knows and thats why its going to be so hard for her to see what Kesar is saying and so on and his love being what it is today... and the time she has spent with him in his childhood flashed across i think... that scene could of meant more, but i dont think i am getting it out across so well in writing it hereš
Gulaal and Kesar love doing things one after the other, last week or so it was Kesar leaving and not telling them anything, coz of everything that happened and how Kesar lives and from his pov, he was like he has had enough and today we see Gulaal wanting to leave, i can see why she would want to leave - there seems to be some sort of suffocation she is feeling, after everything that has gone on with her, and it has been much - esp if we see what she has goen through before the wedding, in the wedding, after the wedding and then the two things that has changed her life, deeyarvatu stamped for life and proper start and Kesar's love confession.
Gulaal looks rather lost i say, its something that she doesnt want to do leaving the house, but i see that she feels she has no option at this point and where things have come to
Like MB says whatever the sarpanch decision was, you cant pressurized Gulaal or force her into seeing Kesar as her hubby esp as the sarpanch went and gave heads way to start this marriage... and like Gulaal says she just doesnt see Kesar and her as hubby/wifey so what use is her staying in the house esp this period of time, i think in a way it is better that she goes and has some time to think or something - anything at the moment to get away from whatever she is feeling and fighting, coz she is hurting, she is aching even if its not been as big as Kesar's hurt we see and see his pov, or Kesar talks to her but i dont think Gulaal can face Kesar at the moment i guess, but i do think that maybe only Kesar can get through to her esp if he says what i will mention at the bottom, its the best solution and starting point
Maybe soon or one day - we can see Gulaal and Kesar coming to the conclusion of carrying on how they have been meaning with the deeyarvatu... not changing anything as such which will be easier for them esp starting out even if outside ppl see them as hubby/wifey and think they have started married life... i think it will be good to see Gulaal-Kesar get started on the right foot, get on the same wavelength as in being civil and ok with each other, and start being i dont know friends or something and then progress from there because at the end of the day... they have a deeyarvatu which has given a go ahead and declare official now
PRECAP - Gulaal telling Paanbha that she is leaving with being unhappy or upset with anyone but at this time it feels like the right thing to do (i somewhat agree with her, that she feels that it might be the right thing at this moment)
So Gulaal leaving the house, Gulaal is connected to that house, even if she leaves - she will be back, and i leave it as that i guess š
