hello evrybody

penning down few thoughts after going through many threads here:

ever1 here is blaming gulaal for being so inconsiderate n all even i thought so till morning but wen i gav it a serious thought i found problem lies with kesar more dan gulaal

gulaal is doing what she thinks is right n she z quite clear in her doings

she did deyarvatu to save kesar bt she neva tuk it seriously

she neva loved kesar dat way

only guy she was eva in love vth was her beloved husband..Vasant n till date she loves da same guy vth all her heart.

so losing kesar was neva her prblm n as far pushing talli towards him is considered dats again justified in her eyes fr she feels talli is a good match for kesar as dey r same age n childhood frenz n can be gud life partners too spcly wen talli is so mch in love vth kesar so she vil make him fall in love vth her overtime.

for kesars feelings fr her she feels its only an exaggeration of dat bond dey shared 10 years bck n its mere attchment dat kesar dznt want to lose her.

fr a moment evn if she thinks kesar loves her as a wife bt she being so mch in denial of dat relation,she feels as if its a sin thinkin about sch things n she shud stop kesar frm being a sinner by getting him married to sm gal as early as possible.

HUMANS MINDS ARE SO DAMN COMPLICATED...UFFF

if der can eva be any change in her mindset,dat can only be bcz of kesar n none else,bt for dat kesar first needs to fully understand n define his feelings fr gulaal.

is he really in love vth her?is dat love only the reflection of dat bond dey shared or its smwhere bcz of new bond dey share nw.?

he needs to stop behaving lyk a kid n be more considerate towards gulaal.

be loving,be caring,be understanding bt nonetheless use his authrity over her.

I've always said that Gulaal's feelings will have to be handled with utmost care. We love watching Gulaal-Kesar together but for Gulaal, it's very difficult to see him in another light because she has lived with the child Kesar. This show portrays such a complex emotions at times that its really difficult to actually define what kind of love it is. Even though we know Gulaal has monitored herself to stay in love with Vasant for the rest of her life, you see those glimpses where she will be thinking about Kesar in almost a dreamy way (Imli scene), she can also feel pangs of jealousy and possesiveness. She was also in close proximity with Kesar and that scene was not platonic from any angle.

As far as Kesar is concerned, he's only been in love with the woman before he even knew what love meant. Conventionally you would see a guy feel some physical attraction first and then would get to know her. However, Kesar is different. He knew Gulaal inside out, he knew her heart and soul and he loved every quality about her. She was always the perfect woman for him and this time when he came back as a grown man, he was physically attracted to her too. All these emotions he shows are a sign of person being in love but the frustration is that he doesn't know it himself. It must be a wild thought to him too because of the age gap, it most probably doesn't even cross his mind that this is what being in love feels like.

Gulaal runs in Kesar's mind all the time. That does not happen unless you're in love with someone 😛

i dont blame gulaal, but i also dont blame kesar.

gulaal has watched kesar grow up..and looked after him almost like an elder sister or motherly figure (LOL this is weird but true!). it is completely understandable that gulaal feels like this is just an exaggeration of kesar's 'love' towards gulaal. the same 'love' they shared 10 years ago.

but kesar, unlike gulaal, is much more impulsive and his feelings are all over the place. this beautiful woman who is supposed to be his wife, to him, feels like a wife. he wants gulaal to be his forever, not like she was 10 years ago, but now with a more mature and special bond. i dont think its his fault that his feelings are changing..probably hormones though. 😛

hey i dnt blame kesar fr wat he z feeling fr gulaal.its 100 percent justified and acceptable.only thing is he needs to acknowledge this change n accept this love fr her vth a conscious mind.i dint c evn a single scene where v get to know wat exactly he feels about dat deeyarvatu.

his asking gulaal y she z always on his mind is clear cut indication dat he himself isn't sure about his changing feelings yet.

bcz evn if ppl of same age share sch kind of a bond n dwn da lane if one of dem feels attracted to da other in a different way,he too wnt acknowledge it fr a long time n vil go through a phase of confusion lik kesar.

Human emotions are so complex and so on, and delicate and fragile, and this is what i find in this show, that human emotions and so on are played in so well - that you can probably understand each pov and situation and so on... and how a chracter behaves like that and what they go through, esp Kesar-Gulaal

Kesar was meant to fall in love with her - it was like it was destined, and as Reemz said he fell in love with Gulaal even before he knew what love meant and that too as a child - his whole world was Gulaal and her world revolved around him as well (i wont say anything about motherly feelings, coz i dont see it esp back then i had a feeling that Kes-Gul are the actual pairing here and highlighted thing was the bond that cant be defined, so i couldnt look at them in Gulaal having motherly feelings which i dont see but the truth is that she has SEEN the child Kesar which is a big difference), and today we see Kesar - the adult Kesar who is in love with Gulaal who over the years has fallen in love with her, through hatred, through bitterness and anger, through pain, through hurt and through love - that unconditional love that still remains and has got intense and so on and today you see that Kesar looks and wants and loves Gulaal as how a man loves a woman and the frustration is what he doesnt quite understand that he is in love with her, that the deep emotions he has today are also due to being in love, also he doesnt quite realise that the reason he hurts Gulaal and takes his anger out on is due to love as well, they say you hurt the ones you love the most and take most of your anger and frustrations out on them, and that has been Kesar's case hasnt it... it will be interesting to see if and when Kesar will realise he is in love with her and how he will be around her and so on and approach her

Today Gulaal knows - or rather not dwelling on it that much, that Kesar indeed is into her then Talli...

I want to quote what Surity said in another thread, coz i think it kinda just sums up Gulaal at the moment and so on

but it is human emotions, very delicate. We do the wrong things due to the game our mind plays. In her mind she feels a little guilt for Thalli, keeping the vrat as G thinks it is Thalli's rights. Also knowing the truth that Kesar is into her and not Thalli. She cares for Kesar but her guilt is not letting her. She is not in the presence of mind due to the recent events

Kesar was Gulaal's little friend. Gulaal was his ever best friend, his dream girl.

After 10 yrs

For Gulaal Kesar is Vasanth's dream. Kesar completely lost in her.

He cares only Gulaal.

He hates only Gulaal.

He loves only Gulaal.

Nothing beyond Gulaal matters him.

If this is not love then what is love? If it is an extension of his past feelings, then ofcourse it is. He was always meant to fall in love with Gulaal.
