Hello Friends,
I am not a watcher or fan of Gulal ..but like Mansi Parekh's and Sushant's acting ....I had been hearing about this serial from past few days and have been doing a catch up so far .... ..I typically began to get interested in Gulal after reading many threads and the discussion's arising out of it..
To begin with , I watched the Imli Scene ...and was captivated by ..It was visually rich and aesthetically done ...Evevrything pleasing to the eye ..be it the color palette or the angle from which scenes were shot ...Kudos to the Cinematographer 👏👏....
Second,
Loved Mansi's acting ..Be it the quick change of expression when she percieves Kesar has come..Her acknowledgment of his arrival by her downcast eyes , The non committal smile when Kesar and Talli are chatting changing into a quick but subdued look of interest when it is revealed that the precious cargo contains Tamarind ..The wave of nostalgia sweeping over Gulal when she recollects the happy past when Vasant would have got her some Imli and kesar would have snatched it ...The smile she would be giving at this point..The pain, anguish mingling with joy ..and the quick sobering of her face when Talli calls her...once again for her face to break into a slow smile of happiness when Accepting the Imli .....Mansi ..You were awesome..!!
Third...I just loved the The Imli exchange Shot...Talli hands over the Imli or is it Kesar to Gulal, who shyly but gracefully accepts the Imli/Kesar into her life and just then ..when Gulal has accepted the Imli..Kesar walks out seemingly towards Gulal and into light ..implying he will be the one who will bring the brightness back ....Beautiful Moment....😃
