And even i read the child policy thingy, thats why I think some shows r postponing their shoot due to that, but as for the baby thing its not a big deal as in one of the gtnhp epi when guddan saw a bad dream her baby was taken away, that was actually a doll as per daljeet kanika's insta story that time and i think they just edited the doll to a newborn baby instead. they directly shoot leap likh kar de rahi hoon show 1 mahine se bhi zyaada nahi chalega at most 2 mahina, if they had continued with akshan, they would have gotten some trps. really very poor strategy from makers

ye trp ke chakkar mai kyoun pade hai director Covid boolchuke kya big companies are running the show with existing workers why not run that way .

My office too did the same a contractor term was over but they extended his time and did not opt for new ppl .

Ppl going jobless ye Director hatke hai he should have explored with existing stars not hire new lead 🤦🏻‍♀️

Soon uska reality check hoga trp was because of leads not his crap script 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think their idea to shoot lockdown track without going to sets is a creative idea and also helps to increase social distancing, have not seen other itv daily shows doing it besides reality show audition. see they have potential and good ideas, but idk why they always like and end up investing highly on cliche tracks which is actually the reason behind the drop of trps. leap could have been executed well, but they again went for the cliche way, either its antra or new entry jo akshan ke peeche hi lag jaate hai!

exactly my view they had good actors but creativity and script sucked big time they started off best but ended up ruining the whole feel of the show kya yaar

See old shows are running successfully because they had the best of everything ( ramayan/ Mahabharat)

Those days budget was big thing but these days creativity sucks .

I don’t know how shows will run while social distancing 🤷🏻‍♀️It’s not IT u see scenes should be intimate I mean patch work don’t work

Even my Mumma also praises those older shows and I realized the trps are really really high of those shows even now. I also noticed those days the number of episodes were much lesser than current ongoing shows, that's cause in those days shows used to air once a week.

And problem of current shows not just gtnhp is they drag it for the sake of dragging it. gtnhp wasnt that draggy at start compared to other shows and each track revolved around 1-2 weeks but now each track revolves around a month.

As time passed by even this generation's taste changed a lot. Ppl no longer enjoy the totally comedy based shows(besides kapil sharma n tarek mehta) today. Earlier days shows like hum paanch and khichidi were a huge sucess and now type of shows doesnt work anymore even khichidi 2 failed(i honestly felt nothing was wrong with that show, its just that audience's taste changed, i loved watching that show with my cousin brother)

And GTNHP was a perfect rom-com show at the start comedy and nok jhok all fun to watch but when they bring in Antra it suddenly became all so serious pura maaza hi kharab kar diya.

Nowadays ppl only love to watch romance with emraan hasami movie types scenes they dont appreciate clean comedy at all.
