Guddu understands that "paapi" thoughts have taken over him due to drugs. She recalls doctor telling her when she took him hospital before that the effects of drugs are irreversible.

She thinks, "jaha dawa kaam na aaye, waha dua kaam aati hai !".

She takes trishul & dubaos that in Ganga jal & stabs AJ with that.

Due to the effect of Ganga jal & matarani's blessings on the thishul, all the effects of the drug vanishes from AJ's blood along with his new "Paapi" thoughts.

Next morning he wakes up all fine as the purana wala Akshat Jindal.
