RECAP: Guddan gets to know she is pregnanat, so she thinks to surprise akshat on his birthday but before she could surprise him, she gets the biggest surprise of her life when shanaya comes and claims that she is pregnant with akshat's child. Hearing this guddan goes to Gupta house.

Chapter 44

It's night and Akshat leaves for Gupta house. On the way he thinks how much pain his guddan might be going through. He slams his hand on the steering.

On the other hand guddan is sitting in her room crying. Revti and her parents are constantly asking her to open the door but she doesn't respond.

Just then they hear some noises from the door so they leave guddan and headed to the door. There were some of their neighbors (N).

N1: Bhushan ji we found your damad in his car outside your house.

N2: he has injured himself. I guess his car hit the pillar on the road. That's why maybe he is unconscious.

N1: that's why we bought him here.

Kaushalya: thankyou so much. You people did right by bringing him here. Please bring him inside and lie him down on the couch.

Bhushan ji: kaushalya what did you do?

Revti: (patting his cheek) jiju, jiju, wake up.

Kaushalya: Bhushan ji whatever he might have done. After all he is our son in law and we are no one decide. It's guddan's decision and guddan too wouldn't leave her husband in this situation.

Bhushan: I guess you are right after all he is a human first. You get some water fast. Chutki call guddan immediately.

Revti: (knocking the door) di, di please open the door. Jiju needs you. He is injured. Please trust me.

Guddan opens the door and rushes outside and sees her papa sprinkling water on akshat to wake him up.

Guddan: papa what happened to akshat? Akshat wake up please 😭😭

Just then akshat gains consciousness and guddan and her papa take him to guddan's room. Guddan makes him lie down on the bed and goes to get the first aid box but akshat holds her wrist. She gets out of his grip and gets the first aid box.

Akshat: guddan please listen to me. Trust me I don't remember any such thing.

Guddan: let me dress your wound it's bleeding (with a cotton in her hand).

Akshat: (pushing her hand away) Arre to hell with my wound (standing up) . I am talking something so important and you are talking about this wound (feeling dizzy).

Akshat faints and guddan asks her father to call the doctor. Doctor dresses his wound.

Dr.: Mrs. Jindal he is fine. I guess his head has hit the steering with force that's why he is unconscious.

Guddan: Dr. will he be fine?

Dr.: yes Mrs. Jindal I have given him a sedative, he will sleep and he will be fine by morning.

Guddan: thankyou so much doctor.

Dr.: your welcome. Now I may leave.

Guddan: papa i will call maa and tell her akshat is here she might be worried.

Maa: hello guddan, I was about to call you.

Guddan: maa why is everything fine?

Maa: guddan, lalla has not come yet. I don't no where he is.

Guddan: mas i was calling to tell you the same. Akshat is here only and he will stay the night.

Maa: is everything fine?

Guddan: yes maa actually he was a bit injured. He is sleeping doctor has given him medicine.

Maa: is lalla fine. I will come their just now.

Guddan: no maa. It's too late and he is fine. He will come back home tomorrow.

Maa: guddan are you sure. Is he fine?

Guddan: yes he is fine. Maa also don't tell anyone he is here.

Maa: ok i won't. But are you still angry with lalla.

Guddan: maa i will handle everything. Don't worry. Now you sleep it's too late.

Guddan sits by akshat's side and slowly removes his tie. She then slowly lifts him and his head falls on her shoulder. She slowly removes his coat and shirt so that he can sleep comfortably and then readjusts him on the bed.

She then goes to change and comes lies down on the bed. She caresses her belly and thinks about the turn of events. Just the akshat adjusts himself on the bed and turns towards her placing his hand above her hand.

Guddan: baby this is your father's touch. (Looking towards akshat) I am sorry I know my behavior has hurt you but I have to do this to set things straight.

Meanwhile akshat moves towards guddan and places his head on her chest and sleeps peacefully as a smile appears on his face.

Next morning akshat wakes up and realizes he is in Gupta house. He looks around in the room to spot guddan but can't fine her. He calls out for guddan and just then revti comes into the room.

Revti: jiju, di has gone to the mandir. She asked me to give you this coffee and told me tell you that you should go home as everyone might be worried for you.

Akshat: revti, I am not going anywhere till she doesn't come back.

Revti: jiju please. You have already hurt her. Now please.

Akshat: I am sorry revti but I am not going anywhere without talking to her.

With this revti leaves and he wears his clothes back. He sits on the bed waiting for her to come back. Guddan comes back and shuts the door.

Akshat: guddan please listen to me once. Tell me do you trust whatever that shanaya is saying.

Guddan: akshat i think you should go back home now it's already very late. You have already spend the night here, dadi might be worried for you.

Akshat: (pinning her to the wall) what home are you talking of? Akshat Jindal has no home without you. Do you get that? Why don't you tell me do you trust shanaya or not?

Guddan: akshat do I have any other option because you don't remember a thing.

Akshat: so what if I don't remember it. Do you think your akshat will do such a thing with a woman. Do you think so?

Guddan doesn't answer and akshat breaks down. He releases his tight hold on her and cries profusely hugging her. Just then akshat's phone starts ringing and it's Shanaya's call. Guddan has tears in her eyes as she separates herself from akshat.

Guddan: I think you should go now. Please.

Akshat: no I am not going anywhere without you.

Guddan: akshat please leave, don't force me to do something which I will regret. If you have ever loved me you will leave this place and head straight to dadi😢😢.

Akshat leaves and guddan cries her heart out.
