pati patni rishta isnt dependent on just sex or sindur application. He went to court and signed papers. Its legally binding. Sai used to be his lawfully wedded wife even pre consummation when they were still married and had a pillow wall between them . He took pheras and made vows to P. Pheras were 7, we saw only 3 or 4 but doesnt mean he only took that many. Sai V remarriage happened without every ritual of marriage being shown but we assume it was done. V and P have a real marriage because he has given her all the allowances a wife should have and has no hesitation in doing so publicly and privately. So just because V wants to flip and claim he loves Sai now - he cannot negate the life he has been living as Ps husband. And thats the fact. He may be bored/tired of P now and feeling gutted by the weight of his own self imposed zimmedari, farz, guilt towards P but that doesnt mean P isnt his wife anymore. He often flips like that. Today its P, tomorrow it will be back to proP mode like countless other occasions where he will once again jump to her defense calling her BFF, bechaari, mahaan, devki/yashoda whatnot.

The question is should Sai really be with a man who not only moved on after assuming her dead all too easily - but did so with the very woman because of whom she felt compelled to leave. The very criminal who plotted against her and her-V being happy and having a family together.

But there is also a reason that V though he has again realised his love for Sai, won't stop being a Tommy behind his maalkin...and there is a reason why an actor of the stature of HA has been casted...

This new entry is also done for drama like the PakRat cringe, atleast SaiYa won't look cringe till they don't butcher Sai by going around a married man who still can't make a choice and is leading to her CA everytime.

Just having kids with V, doesn't justify him and his character...there was a time when he also made promises, as said by him in Holi, so why should only Sai be nibhaoing those?

Many have issues with the recent SaiRat arrangement where V would try to spend more time with Sai, but still keep P as the most pyaari cheez, still try to refrain from spoiling scenes for others...

So can others who are excited for SaiYa expect not to get potshots from others...
