why should I assume patralekha ka feeling to be so maternal maybe in her madness she is manifesting her desires on Vinayak . Her expressions are absolutely similar to what she dies when she touches Viraaaattt when he is sleeping .. why should I give her the clean chit already ghum and Chavans have the morality of street animals ..

I know they cannot blatantly show something, but there will always be a hint that something happened, especially something like this. Take the honeymoon track for example. There were candles involved and the entire track was surrounded only by the talks of children. Even on the 'next morning', we could have easily assumed that they did 'it', but then Pakhi got angry that she actually slept, implying that nothing happened. So, whenever something like this, something that can't be shown on tv (whether good or bad) is involved, there are always obvious hints.

Also, I really don't think expressions should be taken into account either, because Aish is a horrible actress. She has the same two expressions which she gives almost all the time (ignoring rare instances here and there). So, of course, the expression she gives Virat is precisely what she gives Vinu. Hell, she gave the same expression to omi kaka, and if you zoom in, perhaps you can find ones given to kaku too. So, as far as Aish is considered, at least, expressions and their implications are meaningless.

My point isn't whether you should give a character a clean chit or not nor is it about how good or bad a character is. It is simply that this is such a sensitive topic that in my opinion, it should be avoided unless and until it is truly there. Because otherwise, the accusation is way too big.
