Definitely a difficult episode to watch! Not because of savi or sairat. But because of chavanese and pakhi! Pakhi for destroying that family! And Chavanese for unnecessarily hating sai. This has to stop. Show them why they are so hateful. Is it because virat almost lost his life or because sai has hidden or because she has a baby with someone else!! Show it clearly because it doesn’t stick why they hate her so much!! No one guesses it could be virat’s child is ridiculous. And it is high time to show either pakhi is negative or mental or lost memory. Because we can’t see a person guiltless sitting there enjoying the honor of being virat’s wife while his family is suffering in humiliation. It is getting non nerves.
Why I don’t mix virat with Chavanese here is because he covets whatever he experienced today! He loves savi. He is extremely pained as a father. There is longingness to have that kid as his own. His looks to sai when he first saw on stage had anger may be lingering from jaggys visit. Sai was confused at his look. Then he was proud when she got the medal. He was sad looking at savi that she is not his child. Then continuous accusatory looks on sai for subjecting this child to such pain. He was tearing apart because he felt the connection with savi. And anger that sai is causing her this pain. He felt the hurt as much as sai is. He would gladly become her father! The lone tear when he sees that picture says it all!!! If not for the mess he is in now, he would have embraced savi happily as her father. He already loves her like a father.
sai’s outburst is understandable. Her self respect is compromised . Knowing the cheapness of chavanese , sai will be afraid that she will be misunderstood by them. I would have reacted the same way. The circumstances made it look ugly. Not sairat or savi. Their hearts already want what savi envisioned.
what is triggering is the whole world seeing this spectacle. How will virat Chavan pull his actual family out of this mess. How will he get back the pride and honor of his wife and explain to both children how they are trapped in the circumstances for which they are not the reason but still has to bear the consequences!! How will he create a happy memory out of this event again?!! That is so painful. 😭
ps: for once I wanted virat to just let go of Everything and claim sai and savi on the stage!!! He looked like he would have!! But he is buried deep down in the grave he created out of his decisions. He has everything he desired in front of him but can’t claim. Who is suffering? Virat, his wife and his kids 😣
It wasn't about Savi doing something that put her mother in a bad spot. Like I mentioned earlier. She is a kid who has never seen her father, has no clues about his existence, hence is seeking answers...her father.
And from a child's standpoint it made sense. Her logic makes sense. Because that is what she could understand and her lil innocent heart could gauge. A picture that her heart visualised. And she knows nothing of the complexities of relationships and worldly ways. She said what she felt, in all truthfulness. Something that her age defines.
However her audience is the world, grown up people, who are embroiled in the complexities of life, societal norms, reputation etc. Who will judge her actions and words. And the fingers that will be raised will be pointed at Sai.
That is how it is. Innocence when placed in the dubiousness of society and narrow minds get tarnished and comes out of it is filth. And that is precisely what will happen here.
The humiliation that Sai and Savi as an extension, will be subjected to is triggering. Because it was something that was spoken by a child who has no knowledge of the world and its ways. But the people will only judge it through their own assumptions which are coloured by the society norms. Anything outside of that is looked down upon and results in public mud slinging. And sadly then there is no child or adult. No Innocence, or justice. It is plain prejudice.
Virat has failed to stand for his wife and child in the past against his family, and he has repeatedly done that. Today he failed to do so in front of society.
The wrong is done, but to undo he will have to be up on a bigger stage and audience and take a stand for Sai and Savi.
