No it will not happen. First of all if Sai goes to court, Pakhi's marriage if it exists will be nullified. Sai is a earning mother and if she tells about what virat has done during surrogacy and how she left him, court wil not give Virat visitation rights also. On top of that, he will have to pay alimony also.

Actually she should go to the court to get the justice done and show chavanese and pakhi their actual place.

Cherry on the cake would be if she suspects vinu's identity and request DNA test. once he is proven as bio kid, then again she can quote the surrogacy mistakes, send Pakhi to jail again and get virat suspended again and then take Vinu too.

But they can't tell Savi that he s her father, else Vinu will feel lonely again. They may not tell Savi but Virat will know.
