The law has been amended means makers have been right everywhere 😆 technically, they told their viewers everything about it so we can't say that they are spreading misinformation as everyone knows Pakhi's surrogacy was illegal

So are the relatives required to sign surrogacy papers ? How will sai prove Pakhi to be a criminal ?

Sometimes, I think its just a good way to help people who want kids but at the same time I feel that its extremely selfish on their part

But, I am not in their place so I can't judge them for it

There's this Cop in my friend circle, he and his wife wanted kids so they decided to go for surrogacy, nurse of that hospital was requested to be their surrogate mother, they decided to go the natural way for it and when the baby was born, Cop's wife refused to accept it as it wasn't her baby 🤦‍♀️ Baby was given to the surrogate mother and she is struggling to raise the child

Yes n Mimi movie also they showed similar stuff. The baby has some health issues seen during scan. So they parents refuse to take it back.

Pakhi sent goons to attack Sai (Correct if wrong) that's one crime where she is solely responsible, everything else done by her had consent of everyone in one way or another

Virat and Kaku gave their consent right away and Sai did later

In real life, Pakhi's lawyer would file an affidavit in a court saying she was compelled by her mother in law to go through this procedure

Didn't see. Finally the surrogates parents come to know and she s pregnant. Then she has to tell lies that it's hers and the brokers child. I just read the story.
