Ok guys here me out, after watching episode I'm convinced Sai is neither pregnant nor is she having any terminal illness or tumour.

Whatever the symptoms they showed today in Sai, like headache, dizziness, vomiting, smelling sensations are all symptoms of strong migrane attack.

Also, the whole suspecting of pregnancy in ZA, was the red alarm that it's not true and also Sai will not have any terminal illness.

Most probably tomorrow Chavans will ask Sai about the probable pregnancy and she will deny it calling it her migrane symptoms, the matter will be brushe aside and everything will be status quo, until they decide the fate of further episodes.

The pregnancy confirmation or declination will be kept on hanging thread, so they can use it in future, if trp will trp increase, then it would be brushed aside as mere migrane attack and if decrease then, they might show her pregnant, but abhi ke liye kuch nai hoga.

Right now, Pakhi Surrogacy track will be continued and in parallel the New DM's track will play out.
