Tbh he doesn't need to be comfortable "personally". The problem is that its affecting Sai-V scenes. He is an actor. He cannot let his personal equtions affect his onscreen performance and his personal life cannot impact the story. But he has done exactly that. There's no Sairat anymore. The plot of the show has been compromised and effectively ruined because of his behavior and unprofessionalism. His BDs in crucial scenes because he is unavailable to shoot, his social distancing from FL, his declining performance in terms of expressions has had a major part to play in the fall from grace of him as a personality and of the show.

If he was not courteous in real life but he killed it onscreen, audience would accept it. But he is a disaster on and offscreen.
