Couldn't help but agree with each and every comment under this topic. With finite shows, actors get a chance to engage in a wide variety of content rather than getting stuck in an overly stretched plot for years which may provide security for years, but no growth to their craft.

The major reason I like Pakistani shows and Kdramas is because of this. You still connect to the characters, geta justified ending, and that's that. No saalon tak chewing gum ki tarah chabaane wala plot.

Sony shows are WAY better than star in general but they are not any less illogical or amazing. Plus they dont promote shows well. I really like ekdv both season 1 and 2. Didnt see all of 2 but season 1 was good. But even so it had lots of loopholes too.

I liked parvarish also.

Star and zee are too dramatic n negative, regressive n Sony often gets boring. They abruptly shut down projects too.

Sony provides more classy and creative version of itv cliches n BS wheress Star, Zee and probably colors are giving the crass version. Bass.
