You sometimes give me such different perspectives yet feel so aligned with my thought process ❤️. So my take on Ashwini was a lil different yet similar (I did address this in my episode analysis). She was looking at V and was trying to make a point. But what she was trying to say to him differed. And I so agree on that possibility.
But I cant get my head around the manipulative and shrewd mind of Ashwini behind that glycerine facade. Redemption..she will get what she wants. But in actual sense she is a let down as a mother. Like we said no mother should be begging her son like she did at his feet, no mother should disown and abandon their children like she did.
I was also hoping to see that conversation to be extended to how Sai went out of her way to save V. It actually felt like that. But it just says how thankless these people are and how much they take Sai for granted. Ashwini knows that she craves a mother's love, and she will always find next to her. but she cant say that about her son. Hence lets herself take that risk as well with Sai. No one here selflessly loves Sai. They have proved it with this track. None of her help and deeds and actions have been recalled and applauded except the current one. None did anything to save V, it was Sai all the way. Yet she was ousted and took all the brunt.
Another point was, when Sai sees anyone hurt or in pain she keeps aside her personal feelings and judgement at bay and attends to their needs. Yes she also dawns the cap of the doctor and the duties, but she is considerate that ways. Whereas while V felt sorry when she used the word "Anaath" for herself and the stated the instance about losing her Aaba he made no comment. His eyes showed the melt down, but he didn't take a step to console her..not a single word. V's anger and resentment takes away some very basic human considerations. It weighs heavy on him against the emotional aspect. He gets blinded by them. Bappa idol conversation looked like a parallel of SH track yet different.
You all have put this so correctly. There are a lot of their flaws and feelings that are being brought to fore. Parallel conversations, symbolic references all shedding light on various aspects that they have been unable to address directly to each other and somewhere closed to the idea of giving it a heed. But now when there is an emotional turmoil, with overwhelming sentiments, and fear of losing everything and the envelope has been pushed to the maximum, there is no place to hide but to face it. And the situation also makes them porous and is making reflection and absorption a natural process.
