I don’t think so. He was a terrible actor at the time his character wasn’t bad like this. His expressions and body language were the worst. I never saw a male lead acting like that. I used to brush it off since it was just a beginning of the show and even ayesha was also not hood at acting at that time. I thought they are new comers. Or may be I have high standards set up for acting or show and i refused to lower my standards so finally had to quit watching this.

I won't debate on that. If you don't like him it's your choice. There are many known celebs that the entire world loves but I don't so I understand. But for me I loved Neil's acting in the first year of Ghum because Virat was very much likeable. Since the ousting track I like him only in good tracks. It's totally because I don't like the shitty Virat and feel like Neil also doesn't like to play the douchebag for long.

and the sruthi track came right after his marriag. Neil is evaluated with prejudice! And it got mixed with prejudice against virat on sruthi’s track from KD.
Added to this prejudice is his personal engagements. He was at a very happy place personally, too busy with wedding and comes back to act in a track that doesn’t go with the emotions where he left Virat with.

It must be really hard for him as an actor! And having to sustain the same dialogues/emotions day after day is not easy. He definitely fumbled in sruthi track! And also judged too harshly on some good work too, which are not in his control as an actor… audience prejudice to him and Rono’s character in KD!!

However he did give some good episodes! For me his breakdown in hospital and hostel visit to sai stand tall in otherwise subdued performance in this track.

Neil definitely is a good actor! His body of work is a proof. He made virat Chavan alive no doubt. Now he is back again with his earlier mettle. I m sure he will shine through again!

PS: The recent scene where he was absolutely terrific for me is in lahu muh sequence. Ayesha no doubt shined more in that sequence. But the expression change in Virat when she rubbed the color on her neck shows how he gives very appropriate and believable vibes., there was intoxication seen in the face and desire in the eyes!

His wedding played a big role and instead of giving some time to the show after that he accepted to give his time to SJ. So it looks like he cares a damn about Ghum. It's time Ghum writers bring some positivity in the show so that he gets some relief and the audience too.

That's the biggest wrong narrative he's hated cus he's with the PL in real life. He's not hated for his relationship but cus his relationship VISIBLY affected on-screen let alone whatever he does off-screen with his wife & hurting fans sentiments time to time and his disdain attitude towards Ayesha.

If these two had been respectful & behaved decently off-screen and now shown their jealousy & did everything systematically to ruin the lead pair alongwith pH I'm sure people would've cheered for them even for going to SJ show. It's their own doing, self-inflicted hate they get. They've done everything to get on people's nerves, don't blame fandom for that. No fd would tolerate & have this much patience. This is the most ill fated fd ever both on/offscreen. Forget him not promoting his own pair, he hates any praises coming through it, association with it. He's unprofessional to the T. No fd should go what this fd has endured. The kind of leeway & privileges they get from ph is enough to boil fans blood. Infact the hate he should've gotten was directed at his wife, people vented out their hate on Aishwarya & Neil got scot-free cus he's the ML. Can't you see the obvious offscreen politics is being played on set? You really don't see what's happening cus of their relationship? The entire show is being jeopardized & you don't think they have no hand in it?

I suggest watching the show to know the complete context . Reading updates is different as you are reading the author’s perspective not what’s being intended to show . He revealed everything including Shruthi being his friend’s wife , his Vaada to his friend, him giving his name as the husband to protect her and assuring her of not having an affair . He didn’t reveal only one thing ie Sada’s name .

For a second let’s believe he did have an affair how is slapping him in public , cursing him to death , manhandling him and accusing him of staging Sai’s kidnap justified . If a women had to endure all this then it would be termed as physical and mental harassment.

Oh noo. I am not going to watch. The show is too toxic and frustrating. I already got my lesson. I really should stop coming here.

Neil Bhatt was never cable of disappointing me. And guess what he gets paid big bucks for portraying Virat.✊✊

I totally disagree on this. Yes he is more busy with his real life than the show. And I don't like the PDA he is into since quite a long now. But there was a time he was quite private. I remember how people started to judge him for his choices. It's not because they wanted him with Ayesha It's because they hate Aishwarya. There are times the bashing he gets is well deserved but there are times it's simply for the sake of bashing. Everything goes against him, 1. The character he plays is not likeable. 2. Because of his personal life. 3. He looks quite bored with some of the tracks like the audience. 4. He is not interested in pleasing people. So yes he is somehow responsible for the hatred he gets but people also exaggerate and expect too much instead of just enjoying the show.

I don't understand why a thread made for Neil's appreciation is being trashed like that. Some like him, some don't. It is fine ya.

If bashing is allowed, so should appreciation
