Yes it is very hectic. The actors struggle too! No wonder they will get paid more and more as the serial progresses. Literally every day they have to work. And as you said, imagine the technical team's efforts. 👍🏼

I have a different take.

Theres a saying- work smart rather than work hard.

Whats the point of all the hardwork , long hours and resultant fatigue when the end product has a plot that is so terrible n full of loopholes and toxicity though...its a disservice to both the crew and the audience. Atleast actors get popularity and a good pay check.. Technical crew gets paid much less I'd think. Itni mehnat karte hai but I wonder how they feel as they watch the actual plot. The editor is putting traffic scenes everyday in between the scenes. So thats the standard they have set. Their camera angles have been blah on many occasions. Theres a few occasions that the dialogue writers are good but many days they write rubbish. The makeup/clothes are also hit/miss.

So i don't think they should get appreciation perse. They dont suck but they can clearly do much better.

Some scenes or episodes have been excellent but overall its not anything to give a glowing review about. Its just meeting the basic standards. Thats all.

I think from technical staff - Keniln his team have been good 90% of the time. Except the play during Saus award which had an okayish and very average choreography

All this is true when they have enough time and still they make mistakes...

that's their complacency.

I meant this post specifically for the past few days... post mahaepisode. right now they must be having just a day ahead 1 extra episode.

Imagine if some untoward incident happens.. then they would have to stop advance telecast.

At this juncture then, appreciating them for putting in long hours... is valid.

Writers and directors even actors can be blamed for poor product.

But should we really blame the other technical staff? makeup costume, spot boys, etc? Who genuinely would be doing only their job and have no control over the content of the show and how it is visualized.

Is it really an editors fault that the director wants/okays traffic scenes put up within the episode?

As I said, I saw that shoot that day and this had been in my mind...

there were only 4 actors but the support staff was almost 100 for a 5 second shot, 6 takes and almost 1 hour since I saw them.

Agar ye ek shot kharab hua to isme un 100 logo ki kya galti hai?

Even i don't understand why they came up with the idea of putting one week's episodes in advance

They anyway had everything going on very well for them so this wasn't required. It has just added additional pressure on the people who come on set to actually work really hard and not just earn easy money.

In trying to increase the quantity of episodes they ended up compromising with the quality overall

Well then maybe they should have the guts to say out loud as they watch the scene happen in front of their eyes that its trash! Its not directly their fault- true. but its not like every department in ghkkpm is excellent. We have pointed out the lack of continuity in props in the scene, the poor camera angles, the poor editing as well. Costumes. Make up and hair is also exceedingly inconsistent.

From crew/technical aspect - Music accha hai aur kenil ki choreography acchi hai. Bass.

I also disagree that their quality is poor only because of 1 week ahead thing.

These daily shows are totally unforgiving in terms of schedule. They have zero breathing room and that's why quality suffers. It is literally not humanly possible to write 24 fantastic episodes a month for years together using the same limited characters. Same with the technical effort to put an episode up. Quality always suffers at the hands of quantity. So, yeah I agree they do have a tough job and deserve appreciation for their hard work (story sucks, let's ignore that 😆).
