Shoddy, pathetic

Its utterly ridiculous that the makers resorted to actually putting 2 filler shots - 10-15 secs each of just traffic on the road in the middle of the damn episode for absolutely no rhyme or reason. Ok so all loyal audience does know the reason- it is obliviously to stretch the episodes to accommodate the absence of the ML for offscreen reasons. But they are SO pathetic that they didn't considering slowing down the farewell scenes and giving sad BG song, they showed TRAFFIC! It just CANNOT get more Unprofessional and Mediocre. Shame on them. Thats all I can say.

And even today they only gave us the ring removal at the end. The dialogue of guroor todna is only tomm.. so no new precap. Its the same thing slightly tweaked. 🙄

I found Ninad and Mansi to be sensible, especially Mansi. Right balance of emotional with rational in reaction. Eveeyone else was blank or OTT.

Did Ashwini seriously say that Sai should stay back even if she got a divorce so that no one would know what happened between Sai n Virat?! Cringing at her hypocrisy. Even Bk is better than this double faced spineless woman. Couldn't take a stand for anything in her life- not herself, not for her son and not for her bahu. Ashwini as the mother could have either convinced virat to spill the truth or firmly kicked him out- she has done neither. And she cares 2 hoots about the pain or self respect of Sai - her so called daughter because she lacks any self respect herself. Today's behavior of Ashwini has made her fall in my eyes forever. I thought she genuinely was a good person but she lacks any moral fiber.

Even Sonali after all her b***hing gave a better response eventually when she told Sai to be happy wherever she is in her farewell blessing .

They showed Sai bid goodbye to everyone but forgot Sam. Thankfully pp was skipped. Small mercies.

Virat is ridiculous. He actually forwarded his hand when Sai took out the ring. Didnt even wait for Sai to pick his hand herself and give it.

Theres a mention of divorce. Mohit/ninad rightfully say that if Virat is going to pick Shruti over Sai, he should divorce her. Virat pretends to look shocked nut ultimately puts it all on Sai as always. But Sai is awesome. Fierce. I love how she said agar khud ke haq keliye awaaz uthana is swarth then she is swarthi. Loved that line. She also aptly says that if a husband is telling me that he will be ok to divorce me "if I ask him for it" then that means I have no place in his life. So I will draft the papers and give divorce. Kudos! 👏

I love her line about being independent- financially, socially and most importantly emotionally.

Literally Sai is the only ray of hope, the only watchable thing in this crapfest of a show.

Day 15, same outfit. Apart from that, I just realized how important editing is.,Because these episodes are clearly unedited to drag.

They could've dealt with ML absence in a much better way. They could've showed him going off for longer period this time and that would've been a better breaking point for Sai than all this drama. I would've preferred that because Ayesha can pull it off and carry the show. Neil is a prop at this point.

All that heaviness in dialogues and she'll come back in 2 days or 1🤣

And writers should learn something from ML's social life. That is how to make Virat proclaim whose husband he actually is. You know if you know

Not watching the episodes as usual, but what did I just read!?!?😲Ashwini really asked Sai to stay at CN post divorce so that the world doesn't get an inkling about what her dearest Raja Babu's kaands have led to?!??!?!?!?

Gosh, My hate for her used to increase by fold with each episode, but after reading this, it has increased by a 100 fold👍🏼🤢. Bete ke kaand ko coverup karne liye kuch bhi🤮🤮

Those 2 traffic scenes..I don't know what they were..maybe at best glitches. But I don't think they were intended to cover up anyone's screen space..it was a total of 20 seconds. So while it was jarring and obviously shoddy, I don't think it was anything else.

The show sucks eggs but that's not because anyone took time off. That's because the writing sucks. The disinterest is obvious. In the writing, in the acting, costumes, editing...everything is bad. Surprising for the No.2 show. Anupama is significantly better in terms of execution. Or maybe I only watch it once in a way so I don't notice the flaws. But it is definitely more watchable for having more parallel tracks and more interesting characters to bank on. Also, more happiness. Ghum (alias Gham) is pure misery. Pure and unadulterated misery. The makers must be sadists to make so much misery continously. Gotta be exhausting to make sadness and tears your main game. Ugh.

Kudo to you for sticking with this headache. I know you are staying only for Sai. I cannot do that anymore. Enough is enough. How can compare the vaada given to Pakhi vs Kamalsir and Sai. What happened with Virat and Pakhi is no where close to Virat and Sai situation. Pakhi was at 100% fault as she was the one who blocked Virat’s number without a second thought. And their relationship had no name or base. Virat married Sai and she is his legal wife deal or no deal. Virat giving Sai’s status to Shruti without any issues is a red flag. And as you mentioned that today he did not even care if Sai divorced him says a lot about him as a person. I recall the show that ended a while back where the male lead fought his family to be with female lead and also when she was framed for something at the college he collaborated with a very smart acp to clear her name. Why cannot Virat our over smart ACP connect the dots and see what Sai is feeling and going through. I pray that no one I mean no one gets a spouse like Virat (a spineless person) and a friend like Pakhi who is worst than a foe.

Even with such a pathetic track, if only dialogues, editing, direction were upto the mark, it would've been more effective and engaging. We are supposed to feel the intensity and angst. Yahan pe, at least the so called online audiences feel.. please shut the show. 😡. The team, including the channel, seems to be satisfied with below average 'everything',

All ITV shows have these ridiculous tracks, Ghum is no exception. Any other PH would've done a better job and at least given us an engaging, jodi separation experience.

It's hard to believe that a no.2 show can have such pathetic writing.

Looks like makers themselves are confused as to what narrative to spin in this track. Putting aside the logical loopholes in the plot, what is the significance of this track?

Is it about a girl who has had enough of her neglectful and Jalebi husband?

Is it about a man stuck in a difficult position?

Is it about a couple who are victims of circumstances?

The problem is - the narrative is all over the place - to the point the audience cannot make out what they are trying to project. They conveniently shift the narrative from one point to another. In the end of this track, after all these jaabaaz dialogues from Sai - they will say Sai & Virat are made for each other.

And whoever writes Virat's dialogues - standing ovation to them. 👏

Sai is the only consistent and well written character - her dialogues are the best in the show.

Neil's acting is unwatchable in this track - he seems unconvinced.
