Which episode please tell me. Because as far as I remember, there's no touch between them except the Cafe hand holding

That's what I keep saying. The cvs shud tone down her brashness /arrogance. I don't think she has been shown so arrogant in the regional shows. Either the kd one or tamil one. I hvnt watched either. Just an episode here and there and I don't understand the language as well. But they didn't look so arrogant for me in the episodes that I watched.

Sai is a toned down version here. Imon was extremely rude with Rono.. that's a different discussion because Rono wasn't like Viru

Yaar it is just a prediction, once Samrat comes it may happen. And I seriously hope we won't see such a scene.

Here after a long, long time.

I have honestly stopped watching the show completely, not even ig clips anymore. For me, nothing about the show is likeable. CVs made a joke of everything, both the leads, the villain, the family, and literally every sensitive issue they could find, from mental harassment and domestic abuse, parental abuse to honor killing. I don't really get to visit the forum these days because I am going through a rough patch. Chanced upon this post, so I felt like replying.

For me none of them are victims, but I feel bad for all of them (yes, Pakhi also).

Most people dislike Virat, and well CVs have butchered him to no extent. So this an unpopular opinion, but I relate to him the most. Mostly because of the abusive environment he has grown in. All his traits like not sharing his emotions, not drawing clear boundaries, letting problems escalate, feeling alone, those are struggles I relate to because I grew up in a relatively dysfunctional family. But when I started watching this show, I had hoped that there would be some character growth, that he'll recognize the problematic elements and work towards winning against them. But of course, progressive content is unacceptable to CVs. They infact made him walk on the other path, the one of destruction, especially with this jealousy kaand.

Many people like Sai. Though people feel like she's got some right to be rude, I don't agree with that, its a trait I dislike. Still I used to like her character because of the sarcasm and honesty, and admired her righteousness. That was also butchered during the DevKit track. She even has the option of walking out now, but she isn't doing that either. But still I feel bad for her too, she's lost a lot in life, its pitiable. Her dad really was her whole world, to watch him die in front of her eyes. She didn't even process the trauma properly.

Samrat- he is probably the best out of the lot. He honestly got betrayed for no fault of his own, and I don't really blame him for walking out that time. But yes, one year down the line, he should have handled it better and should have come back already. He is also at fault in this mess.

Pakhi is a vile person, and frankly, a victim of her own doings(disagree with the opinion that Virat and Samrat are at fault for her condition because she made it perfectly clear that she is marrying to be close to Virat, not because of vaada. And she honestly made no effort for the realtionship in the short time Samrat was present. Even now she isn't going out of CN so she can torture Sai and of course pine after Virat). But a lot of times, I feel like her upbringing is at fault. Her mother never taught her that there is more to the existence of a women than just a man's attention. She has absolutely no ambitions in life other than making others miserable, and that's just pathetic. But what to say, her own mother has pretty much moulded her into this person.

Regarding Mansi, I agree with other opinions, she is suffering for no fault of her own.

I would say neither of them .

Sai knew from the beginning what she was getting into . She knew about his past and also the fact that his ex is now his brother’s wife . She knew he was committed to someone so it means she knew he hasn’t moved on . She had an option to back out but she choose to marry him because she didn’t have to be his wife but would have his support like she wanted . The marriage proposal was a blessing in disguise for her . She was not in a state of mind to be someone wife so it was win win situation for her as both were not interested in marriage. She knew if she backs out , villagers will get her married to some other guy . Who knows how he would be atleast she knew Virat will help her achieve her dream and she has to stick around him for just 5 yrs . It’s a different story that she fell in love with him

Samrat : He ignored all the red flags in his marriage. Even if Virat hadn’t attended the marriage , he would be married to Pakhi . He never paid heed to why the girl he was marrying was always in a bad mood , she never spoke to him nor showed interest in marriage from beginning. He should have taken his time instead of getting married so quickly

Sai's position I completely agree. The reasons that u mentioned cud very well be her thinking because they never showed her monologue as I remember on why she agreed.

Samrat: ur take is interesting. But from his perspective he did ask her whether she was interested in this marriage and she agreed. And So I gave him the benefit of doubt.
