Sai whispers to Aniket asking if everything was fine when he was at Dean's office. All of a sudden they show her barging into Dean's office and not apologising later for entering that way too.

That same day they had an sbs interview and spoke bad of Sai and her behavior 🤷‍♀️

I don’t think that was the intention. It was shown as light hearted comedy scene . Moreover Sbs and story have not common connection. For me butchering happens when characterization is changed to fit the track or when their behavior is termed as wrong and made to apologize.

@bold exactly, at the end of everything they want to show how wrong Sai has always been and that Virat is a very good guy. Many in audience might not like Virat, but he actually is a very nice guy. And the intention of the makers is also to show his good qualities and how his life is and how he handles everything.

You are right, characterization is changed to fit the track, exactly what I felt about Sai's behavior in GC. Since it was the first few episodes, it looks as if that is her character. Her acting impulsive with Pulkit at him house was believable to some extent. Otherwise, many a places, it never made sense to me.

Impulsive, I agree but do you really think that was the only way they can show her impulsive? She also wasn't like that with anyone else, not even with Jagptap.

She was impulsive even with Jagtap otherwise why would she write loser on a gunda’s forehead knowing he can harm her or her family

Whatever you have written shows it, they don't call her wrong, they make it look like Sai's mistake was overlooked only so that they make it look like Virat is an extremely patient guy and he is putting up with her.

The way I see it , they don’t call her wrong because they don’t want to acknowledge her mistakes . If they wanted to show Virat as patient guy they would have stressed on how impulsive the girl is and how is putting up with her . This was never implied . Virat doesn’t get the credit where it’s due

Virat held her hand, realised his mistake and apologised to her, how much ever kind and calm he is, certain things weren't believeable.

I like his character and I know one can be this calm and patient but in general, such patient people would explode all of a sudden. We have seen it a couple of times and it is quite natural.

However, him crying that way and asking her to accept himself as her family was all to show that Virat is dying to be with Sai and Sai not apologising was to show her attitude?

It wasn’t implied that way . Her behavior was justified by focusing only on Virat’s mistake . It’s like he made a unforgivable mistake and she has every right to be angry at him .

When the same girl suddenly got worried that he didn't have food and also didn't mind Pakhi giving him food? The girl who is possessive of him, and who is bullied by Pakhi was asking him why he had to fight with Pakhi?

I haven’t thought about this much because it wasn’t an important scene for me . Now I think about it was it , I feel they wanted to show how generous she is

It was in a way butchering but not completely. He did that thinking that Sai didn't want to apply it for him. It came out of the insecurity and jealousy which cropped in after Aniket's track. He might have realised he acted silly in the college as soon as he met Aniket, but he actually started to feel more insecured once he heard about Aniket from Sai.

There was no Aniket track in KD or tamil.

There was Aniket in both versions . The only difference is he wasn’t shown but he was very much there in Sai’s talks

I feel this will go the ITV route of redemption.... Virat pissed at family.. concentrating on sai.. Post sai's return she will see the change in his dynamics with the family and will help rebuild it... this way they start liking sai and virat forgives his family!!

yeh bohot common hai ITV main... now i don't know if they will follow this but haan, this is a possibility!!

But i do want virat to be upset with them and give it to them!

I won’t say people don’t like Virat’s character because of few SM posts . Maybe his fans are not so active on SM to defend him . Maybe his fans fall under different age group . I know one of two who like him but they are neither on IF nor interested to discuss on Twitter or Instagram.

But,Sai will herself not go soft over here babe,she is iron ,loha lohe ko kaat ta hai,bas. She will mend them. The others ,as in FL have this inbuilt nature of forgive and forget. But Sai here is good,but I dont think she will fall soft, woh ek maarenge, yeh hamla boldegi. She will be tough always.

Exactly, this is what actually we are supposed to feel. A selfless person, who still came out perfect in everything even with his flaws, and I guess Sai is also shown flawed ,but also gets supported and supports in the end in the right direction. But,as I have said even though the intention is this, but sometimes portrayal and display misses,and we get the wrong idea. But,in one way or the other both are right and wrong ,like normal human beings🤗

woh hai... but despite everything she tries to see the good in people! alta track ke time also she prayed for the family despite what kaku did to her...

She will speak up against them when necessary but will also help virat in mending his realtions...

Yes ,I agree,Virat may be angry ,but he will be disturbed for sure. She will probably teach him values of life,as she js an orphan herself,she will show him importance of family during these times but will also show him how to deviate other matters from family emotions,hope this happens in a proper way😊
