Suprabhat Bhagininno! 🌄🌻🌻🌼🌼
Today's episode was a gap filler and for setting base for the next week. So have just some unanswered Qs today:
1. Why did none of the chakrams recognise Pulkit? The expressions were so difficult to decipher... Bhavani and her stooges didn't recognise him? Ninad being an army officer needed so much time to register who had entered -- especially if he has lived there? Ashwini, Sonali and Shivani seemed to know Pulkit by face. Ashwini seemed happy that he has come... Does she know the truth? If yes, it would be the most disappointing disclosure of the character. She can't be someone who can keep a secret of a baby being snatched from a mother and the rest of the gory things. How much do the others know?
2. Vedi Vahini's admission in front of everyone - "Maine Badi Mami ke liye vrat rakha hai" in response to Sonali's high praise of Vahini being on "upvaas" since the night before for "Samrat ki salamati".
Who is Samrat??? 😒😟
Not a single person in that Shivratri ki pathshaala by Bhavani had a word to say -- some surprised faces and Queen Bhavani on cloud 1.47 because chaheeti bahu considers her bigger than her 'suhaag'. Even Samrat ki always MIA maa had nothing to say about her susheel bahu's susheelta?
It's quite in the open that Badi Vahini has nothing to do even with the photo of her husband in the bedroom. And the Makad Sena seems to have accepted the fact that her motivation to stay in the house is definitely not Samrat.
Does no one want to know why is she staying on? Is the farce so strong that everyone really thinks that she's so madly in love with the family of a man (legal Husband) she doesn't want to have anything to do with?
Does she herself think that the family loves her? Can a woman who treats her own daughter with scanty respect have any love for any other person? What kind of mutually fake parvaah is this where, as an individual, Patralekha wants to bring this loneliness upon her -- she belongs to no body in that house, least of all, Virat. Is this her version of "junoon aisa ki khud ko jalaa liya?" 🤪🤪
She's actually living there without even an iota of self respect or self worth and her parents can visit time to time to have high-tea and leave? 🤯🥴
Also, how morally numb is this character Patralekha -- blindly following instructions of the Mephistopheles Bhavani without even giving a thought to the action she's been asked to perform. She's like this class monitor who's just thrilled to be given the role of a substitute teacher 🙄😅 "Maine Devyani ko kamre mein bandh Kiya hai, dhyaan rakhna".. monitor goes: Ji badi maami.
No one else cringed either.
3. Ashwini comes back to ask Sai to accept Virat as "Dil se Pati" and not "deal se Pati" by doing Shivji Ka Jaap at night for a khushal marriage... But Sai is obviously not yet in that state of mind. She is willing to put her relationship with Virat at stake for getting Devyani and Pulkit together. Her, "mujhe sirf ek hi jodi ki chinta hai.. DeviTai aur Pulkit sir ki" is a way to show her selfless nature that we've known all along and of course the liberty that the female protagonist has to be the martyr all the time but isn't this feeling problematic? I ask again today -- is it fair on your partner, who's attempting to build something with you, to be the last on your priority list while taking up an adventure that can potentially damage the relationship? She has not been shown thinking about Virat's reaction even for a moment knowing that he can be unpredictable and livid about someone challenging his family. Is it Sai's lack of consideration for how this step can affect her relationship with Virat and cause misunderstandings or is it because she is so confident that Virat will side with her and the truth?
On the side- Vedi vahini eavesdropped on saas-bahu conversation reminding her about the imaginary husband's real wali marriage. Will she accept the advice of doing Om Namo shivaay Jaap for reducing her "tension"?
4. Isn't Karishma a more genuine bahu than Patralekha? She might be a matchstick hersrelf and a chugalkhor but she has perfect observation skills. Her need to seek pleasure in someone else's troubles comes from her deep sense or dissatisfaction and emptiness as an individual. But she was the only one who noticed Bhavani was anxious and asked if she could help - it was genuine although it has an interest attached to be able to get brownie points. Her instincts are never wrong. Of course, she was turned away as usual but wouldn't she have been different if she had been accepted with at least half the respect that the "sabse zimmedar" Bahu has?
5. Devyani doesn't have complete memory of her past, it seems. She needed quite a bit of prodding from Sai to recall the marriage day. Even in her state of mental illness, it meant so much for Devyani to hear that she was the only one in Pulkit's "Dil and Zindagi"🥺🥺 (I hope Sai doesn't draw parallels with the other dil and Zindagi dialogue 😅)... Devyani's constant reminder to Sai that Pulkit and she will be harmed should be a reason enough for alarm but...
This is not a random separation of a couple by a disapproving family. This is actually the tearing apart of a marriage, a baby involved and also definitely a crime. Why is this union being rushed in such a thoughtless manner without considering the legal and medical ramifications?
The scene was beautiful -- right from the moment Sai unlocked the door to the time that the class monitor decided to check, the scene definitely induced tension of what was to come...
The feels one woman gets when opening the wardrobe to a sister/close friend was so real 😅 it made me miss my cousin's wardrobe 😂🤣😂
Waise Sai has these chakchakit clothes overflowing from her cupboard to Virat's. Sometimes she pulls out dresses from the other side 😜 so typically wife 😂😂😂
6. How long would it take for UPSC topper to count 1008 Bel leaves? 😅
A: Only as much time as it needs an ex army officer to set aside his tameez and raise his hand on his ek lauti bahu. 😂😢
Actual Q: Will ek lauta beta go with 'Bass Baba' or 'Please Baba'? 😒🤔
7. Will the cast be dressed in the same costume until March 11 -- actual day of Mahashivratri in real world? So as @sukri said, forget any more hugs happening 😅 I really hope they get a change from this safedi ki chamkaar with chamchamit additions 🥱
8. Lastly, was it only me or did anyone else feel that when Sai was watching the family meditating to the Mahamrutyunjay Jaap, she was looking for seats for Virat and her? 😅😅 Where were they going to sit? All the seats seemed occupied. It really only occurred to me towards the end of the scene that she was looking for Devyani because Devyani being missing from puja is not new 😐
There was one more Q but I won't ask: how is IPS officer having a day off on a festival instead of being on double duty to oversee bandobast? Kaash asli life itni aasan hoti 🙄
****
Sai has given the thought for the day:
"Saccha pyaar thokar khaa Kar bhikharta Nahi hai... Toot ta Nahi hai... Aur mazboot hota hai..."
Is that how Virat and her relationship will eventually be, when it's out of the 'deal mode' and based in complete trust and understanding?
There must be love in holding and there is love in letting go. What matters is the intention, the grace and the reason for not putting up a fight where there could have been one... when two people truly love one another and are then forced to walk different paths in life, it does not matter where they go, they take a part of each other along... It is love: only so long as the reason to hold on to that part of each other is to not extinguish the other.
A comment on "Din and Raat" from The Notebook: "Dusk is just an illusion because the sun is either above the horizon or below it. And that means that day and night are linked in a way that few things are there cannot be one without the other yet they cannot exist at the same time. How would it feel I remember wondering to be always together yet forever apart?"
Do you also think day and night don't meet? I think they do -- twice a day, when they cross and rub each other at 'twilight' 💫✨
