Yeah, that was another confusing part.

I think he was trying to get her to get attached with him one way or the other. Thinks if she can't accept me as family, let her accept me atleast as a friend.

But I couldn't connect to him feeling sad or his tears today. Don't understand what is wrong with me.

One minute he is upset when he is reminded of Samrat and Pakhi's wedding and the next minute he feels bad that Sai doesn't want to accept him as a friend too and is even now saying she wants to leave the house.

It is gone beyond my comprehension now.

the tear wiping in the end where there were no tears was left over sadness over PP- samrat I think.
