I once referred to her love as mania (obsession) vs Sai's love as agape (selfless). Pakhi is a classic example of someone being unhealthily attached to another person. She has every red flag of a romantic partner -- codependecy, jealousy, obsession, you name it. I don't know whether to feel bad for Samrat for having married her, or happy that he's away from her in the wilderness of Ladakh.

Is Patralekha's mania even 'love'? I mean, is mania ever "love". Why would someone who loves you want to see you burn in the fire of loneliness and call you names if you are trying to move on and be happy? It is only "mania"... But true love is definitely agape -- It would hold true for anyone who truly loves..

Sai and Ashwini are the voices of reason in that house. I am so glad that the makers aren't whitewashing the other characters of the family. Sai and Ashwini ask the right questions and the rest have no answer, thereby conveying to the audience who are in fact in the wrong. Now only Virat needs to see that his family is exactly who they show themselves to be -- cheap, rude, and downright immoral. They are no traditional but good at heart ghar ke bade. Seriously, yeh banda ACP bana kaise? Pakka koi to jhol hai.

I can concede the slow grasping power -- I know we have been questioning if he's a cop but on that aspect of calling out the family, it is difficult for a man, who has been raised in that environment. Many men-- most men-- fail in this aspect in their marriages, where their wives suffer emotional abuse because they cannot bring themselves to acknowledge that the family is not "dil ki acchi" towards the wife. I think Virat is beginning to see now... but it will still be a while before he is convinced beyond doubt.

It's always a pleasure to read your analysis, Janki! Keep 'em coming! And forgive me for not commenting every day. I'm usually very late to read your posts and don't have much to add after everyone has given their input. Today was an exception where I read your post less than 10 minutes after you posted it. So here I am. 😉🤗

Oh thank you so much dear 🤗Please don't say sorry, I know how it is... If i had all the time in the world, i would be replying in each of the interesting threads made here because I enjoy reading everything too ❤️❤️

Oh the olden melodies are really something else. Aandhi, Yeh Vada Raha album, Sadma, Silsila, Anand... just evergreen!

Some dialogues and moments just get stuck and make me connect it with the first thought I have when I hear it. It happened today with the 'akele rehna' dialogues and yesterday with the vahini-mother phone conversation.

I also liked the bharosa dialogue but it didn't hit me as much as the akele rehna

🤣

For once, I was happy with scene continuation. I was dreading they will show morning after instead of what happens in their room.

Wish Sai said, agar aap judwa hote, toh ek Pakhi didi ko de dete aur aap sirf mere hote.

And both would be shocked at what she just said. 😆

LOL that was so funny but Sai should have really said it 🤣

The entire premise of this episode and beizzati was so flimsy. So not getting into it.

If Sai's innocent statement towards the end to kaku is so offensive, then why is Kaku okay with Pakhi-Virat going together and does not find that offensive.

Their objections are mostly flimsy but you know I'll share a real case story: There was a couple that was pushed to filing for divorce because the widowed mother-in-law (only son's mother) would get offended even if she found out that the couple went to have coffee together, if they came back home and refused to have evening tea as 'family time', she would sulk for days on end assuming that they went to have tea without her. The girl accommodated the mother for a few years because they were madly in love but after a point, she began to see the toxicity and though the husband was supportive, he couldn't leave the mother alone and staying together was untenable. Ultimately they did move out together after a lot of counselling to make them free from the guilt of 'abandoning' a toxic parent. They left the house owned by the mother instead of asking her to leave but she was not someone who could live alone so there is a side saga that continued...

Truth is stranger than fiction..

Wish Shivani said atleast 1 line. She is being wasted by giving just expressions in the background.

I just don't get the point why they are leaving the scenes in imbalance-- the characters that have a voice of reason are relegated to mute spectators and only the toxic ones keep on repeating their monotonous raag all the time.

This is just the morning. Their beizzati is going to go all night due to Shivratri , which will last like till next Saturday in the show world. Now we know why we don't get SAIRAT hugs. They will be stinking wearing the same clothes for a week, that they stand at arm's length of each other.

@bold: 🤣🤣🤣🤣

But seriously bored of too much drama, fake support by Bhavani Kaku for Pakhi, Pakhi giving stupid fake reactions and keeping her face like very innocent, coming n complaining about Sai virat like school girl, Sai always defending herself, poor Ashwini being abused by Ninad, Sonali though ullu ki dhoop always worst n fake support to Pakhi criticising others as if shez proper n fake respect to Sonali doesnt luk gud at all, karishma I hate that character watta a women is she.

Well said by Sai today really Arrey ek pati patni bahar nahi ja saktey wat the he'll ppl r blaming omg, totally sick of others. Poor Virat stuck in between his stupid family n poor wife though certain actions of Sai is wrong shez wrong becoz ppl are like that.

Pakhi stop with overreaction so boring to watch

Thanks and Regards

Aarthi

Yes it is getting monotonous. Hopefully the Devyani track will change this and the vicious gang will up their ante against Sai... so that at least there is some reason for their constant overreaction. PP ko toh better to watch as a statue only. 😆

I agree. That family lacks 'grace' as a whole and the charm is missing out when there is constant bickering. But it is a slow paced story for sure. I hope it is worth all this patience we have, at the end of it.
