I am just going to paste what I wrote earlier. Its going to be tough to redeem him.

Looks like his intention is mainly to push Sai to the extreme and take away everything that he thinks she needs and he did out of ehsaan so that she has no option but gidgidao at him to help her with home, money, food, to take her back and accept him as one true patidev.

Wonder if he will go for shelter next, and his aai might stop him before he could say anything more. Coz he seems to be willing to fall to the lowest level if that could make her crawl back to him, which seems really stupid.

She is no Pakhi. Sai ka ghamand, guroor and athmasaaman thodna chahta hain, but in this process he fell not only in her eyes, but his mom's and eventually his own eyes.

She called him Mr. Virat Chavan . No sir, no respect.

Aaj ke baad even if she stays, there should be no Sir. They are equals going forward.

Janaki as usual nice analysis. I don’t know what has happened to Virat. Anger and his ego has taken over. Really the Virat character has gone beyond repair. I don’t know why the makers has to copy all this from other drama to such extend they can change also. I really want sai to leave the chawan house and throw the money at their face. I still don’t getting it her father have left money for her. Anyway he was planning to get her admitted to medical college and he would have saved a d he died on duty. Sai go and get that money. I really don’t want sai to pardon Virat so soon. He has to suffer. What a Acp sahab who has to protect people is so cruel with his wife. THe DGP should se all this.

No words janaki ji, your analysis is awesome... Frankly speaking virat is one of my favorite characters till date.... Even in the fights happened before in amay and aniket case... I can see his hurt and understood his point of view... Even in his hand holding thing we got the point about his desperation to stop sai from going into danger in his mind.... But today.... It's somebody else in virat's place, the person who preached someone else that taking food is wrong, and wrong is wrong who ever did it is now going against his own preaching, I don't know how he is gone realize his mistake....

I saw only this episode in both the version and I really didn't like the apologize episode because at one moment he denies her to have food and in next scene when he comes to room and sees sai packing , he will say sorry and day after he will defend sai in front of pp and his family... I am like seriously what ever I really wish atleast in Hindi they show a proper scene of realization... Although, after so much drama I really don't know how much I can njoy apology and defending sai episodes 😰😰😰.

But yes this is not our virat...

I can honestly say Yes women can write such plots because they do pull down and torture other women in real life as much as men do. That’s the sad part of our society.

Take the chakrams example, kaku is a women, Sonali is women and Pakhi is the so called educated mature women. Though this is just a itv drama, in my real life I have seen the worst kind.

We can all talk about feminism, patriarchy stuff. But the day we women start lifting each other up consciously instead of pulling each other down things will not change for better.

There is no way Virat can redeem himself

All this toxic relationship behaviour is one of the reasons I do not watch much of TV

I can't take it ..it just makes me sad upset and we watch for entertainment no point it it makes u sad.

Heartbreaking post Janaki..Relived the pain that I experienced while watching the episode.

My heart bleeds for Aswini who realised that Virat is Virat Ninad Chavan. Truly and completely. How sad she is to realise this fact! Her dulara,her Godu in whom she always took pride,turned out to be the one who will continue the legacy of Bhavani but not of Aswini,the noble ,kindhearted woman of Chavan Nivas. For Sai,I just can’t even express what I felt..Pack your bags my dearest.This is not the place for Kohinoors like you . This suits the poisonous Nagin, who spills venom in regular intervals.

Heart wrenching episode.

My mom who watches with me, was so proud that Sai doesn't back down. And I am too. Yes, she is brash, rude..but no-one deserves this much of humiliation ..at the hands of the one she trusted most after her father.

How will they redeem Virat? And can I as a viewer watch with the faith that he won't go down this path again? And he does, we know that.

Patriarchy runs in every fibre of that house..forget patriarchy, this is plain humanity. I felt terrible for Ashwini...her disappointment, her dismay that her son has imbibed the same characteristics she had probably tried hard to shield him from.

I have nothing to say about Pakhi... except that she gets one more confidante scene with Virat?? And that really takes the cake.

The creatives should have tweaked this scene .. it's just too brutal.

Awesome Analysis janki , today I don't know what to feel tbh meri khud ki dimaag ghum hogayi hai , what a toxic family they are , patralekha she is a snake for sure kitna zeher ugaalti hai she doesn't deserve any sympathy , virat man what the hell are u doing aaj sirf ek naam meri dimaag mein arahi thi MCP , I don't know how they are gonna do a damage control in their relationship now , both were wrong this time , I really hope virat realises from this point why he did this what is she for him ,
