Is Pakhi's outrage and Sai's clear conversation not good enough? However, today he thought on his own! AS I said I am only reacting on what he did not what I think could happen.

Virat doesn't see wrong in going alone with pakhi then he would had not invited sai , he would had happily left with pakhi , it's wrong accusations on virat .

Why did he stop his mother and Sai from asking Pakhi in public "what was bugging her? why does she want to go alone with Virat? Why can't his wife join him?" Virat asking Sai to join is great, but Virat protecting Pakhi is not! These are not accusations, these are facts from the scenes I have seen. If Virat has something in his head, I can't read it. We will know when time comes, but his Pakhi pooja is getting too much. No where in the world one would find it normal where bhabhi throws temper tantrum if devar's wife joins them, he doesn't find anything wrong with this then there is a problem. I respect your point of view, but I disagree with it!

VIrat just held her hand, there was no twisting. I don't understand. Am I missing something here?

Why is everyone mad for Virat holding Sai's hand to stop her?

I understand people getting mad for precap. No food, is extreme but why are people complaining about holding her hand?

Am I missing some BTS, where he twist her hand or something?

I have 2 daughters. One is a young adult, the other a teen. Both just around Sai’s age and with much more big city exposure than Gadchirolichi mulgi. If one of them said she has been invited by her male teacher/professor whom she has known for a few weeks, for lunch alone in his house, & further refuses to divulge his name, like hell I will allow her to go. I will very likely say “taange tod doongi” a la Kaku 😜

Pls set aside your biases & knowledge of Sai’s character and think... with all the stalking & MMS and drugging and other crimes against women, it is ridiculous to expect that any man who cares for u even as a friend will allow u to go. We as viewers know Dr Pulkit is Devi’s man, but how can Sai be sure, from what little she knows, that he is not a stalker or molester?

Secondly, how many of u socialise with your teachers & professors? Isn’t it highly irregular for a professor to invite just one student (gender apart) without her family to his home for lunch? That too, on a few weeks’ acquaintance. How many of u will say “jaa simran jee le apni lunch” if your daughter/ sister / bestie got such an invite?

Thirdly, however wicked Chavan Niwasis may be, it is now a roof over Sai’s head, a home for her, not a hotel. There are people there who feed her, take care of her comforts & expenses & care for her. She cannot treat ot like a hotel, coming & going as she pleases without being answerable to anyone. When we live in a home & with a family, we have to respect the norms of keeping folks informed. It is extremely impertinent not to do so. Her problem is, as long as she knows in her mind that she is well intentioned, she doesnt see a need to observe these norms. But societies & families dont work like that. It is the unwritten rules & norms of behaviour that keep these institutions going.

All this said, Virat is well within reason to question Sai, stop her, scold her & even give her the silent treatment on her return. But not not not to deny her food. That is tantamount to physical abuse.

Completely agree! Sai was wrong, and by the precap, this will escalate, and tomorrow Virat will be out of line. Why can't we have two sane people with common sense and controlled behaviour?

actually his reason to take sai with him, he explained it in the show. it was to make sai and pakhi beco me, friends, with eachother . it is not cuz he didnt want to go alone with vahini, cuz he is a good person in that matter and he knows that he wont do anything wrong, he also said he cant take pakhi for site seeing. he trusts himself and also his chavan family ke bade trusts him and don't see anything wrong in it so there was nothing he could bother about on going to ladhak with vahini.

abhi filhaal he has no feelings for vahini, only thing that is wrong with him is that he gives her more than the required freedom and importance in his life.

i completely agree.

@bold

exactly, he can do all that u mentioned that will look reasonable. but his anger and concern didnt come out well, abhi as they didnt show the episode yet, but keeping in mind the promo dialogues and other versions i would say, him comparing sai to criminals that he dealt with in his career and saying 'main ne bade bade ghoondon ko/mujrimon ka guruur thoda hai and abhi sai ka ghamand bhi thodke rahoonga' and haat pakad ke parodna (in other versions it was there dunno if it will be shown in hindi) and also not letting her eat food. and according to other versions when sai asks ushamausi to bring food from outside by giving her some money and he says yeh paise bhi mere hi hai. and all of that is very much not needed and is completely wrong.

after he apologizes to her as his concern was genuine she can forgive him for this but i don't want her to drop her decision to leave the house as ayise ghar mein jaha everyone always stays ready to fight with you and taunt u and insult u, why to adjust in such mauhol when she can happily live in a hostel. i know it will difficult to adjust in the hostel for first few days but bahut se loge reh rahe hai, as also sai is strong girl so she can easily adjust there. in fact if she find some good friends there then it will be more easily for her and she will be happy also. but as this is a TV show she will have to stay back 😆

actually in other versions vikram and rano twist sharanya's and iman's hand. it may or may not be shown in this version but as it was there in both tamil and bengali versions there are high chances that it will be shown here as they are literally copy-pasting everything from KD with a few changes in small scenes that have not much impact on the storyline. so now for sai to decide to leave the house and for virat to cry and stop her by apologizing the reason has to be big so we are 'expecting' that they might copy that scene too. so maybe that's way everyone is talking about physical abuse.

if they don't copy that scene it will be good, but chances are high as we can see that he did say stuff like 'main aaj sai ka bewajah zid bhi thod ke rahoonga' it was in the promo, they are not giving precap's now a days, they are giving 1-2 promos for whole week story.

Completely agreed.

Just a thought, why Mrs.MIA or Virat or sunny was not accused of wrong intentions when Virat asked Sunny to come to GC with Vahini? If CN members trust Virat it was understandable, but what about Mrs.MIA whose husband just left her and was missing? Why they thought the two days friendship of sunny and Mrs.MIA was good enough to trust both?

Good atleast Mr and Mrs. Chotu Chavan went with them.
