Sai may be wrong but chavans should be the last people on earth to point that out... They wanted to send bhabhi devar on honeymoon tab society nahi thi kya.

Probably Sai thought Chavans are so modern and progressive who could send the devar with bhabhi to roam around in Ladak and so they might not have any objection for her going to her Professor’s house for lunch.

it's more of a reaction of Sai to the previous actions in CN..Virat has not given her the answers to the questions she has asked..she has been humiliated in CN during the Ladakh trip...Yahan Aai ko chod kar koi uska apna nahi hai...She was telling Aai...It is a lunch and not a dinner..which may be more unsafe...Agar ladakh trip and uske baad wali bahas na hui hoti..to scenario different hota...

From the episode it was clear that Virat did not have a problem with Sai going out on a Sunday or to her professor house for lunch but he felt it odd when he knew she was the only one invited . His concern was valid and even her father would have objected if he knew she was going out to someone’s house she hardly knows . Whether we like it not , women are more vulnerable in such situations compared to men . This is a reality . Virat’s flaws cannot justify Sai’s foolishness. Virat has witnessed her trusting a complete stranger when she was lost during her college admission. He has witnessed how she fell into Jagtap’s trap and got kidnapped. We cannot compare getting attracted to someone in two days to going to someone’s home she hardly knows . How much does Sai know about Pulkit to trust that he wouldn’t do anything to harm her .

I wouldn’t support any physical force if it happens tomorrow but today his concern was valid and Sai was wrong in not understanding his point .

Even I thought of that, but think again. They are happy with one DIL going on honeymoon with her BIL, but have problem with the other DIL going for a lunch at her professor's!! i agree, his anger was justified.

but again how his anger comes out or is showcased is wrong,

these dialogues and scenes didnt come yet but 99.9% it will be there where he will compare her to mujrims saying 'bewajaah zid ko thod ke rahoonga' hand twisting, not letting eat food and all is sooo wrong. this is how things get worse.

but yes the reason for his anger was right. but not the actions.

and also as he says he always thinks of handling things maturely, and also as he is an ACP, he should have handled the things smartly like telling her to keep her phone fully charged and message his in every half n hour and call him if in any danger, all these would have made it cute and caring scene instead of all this mess, drama, anger and negativity. and may be this could have even solved that previous fight that happened between them.

but no, ITV ko drama chahiye 😆
