he never doubted that ?????? why ???? as pp told him on phone that samrat knew about pp and virat link on their wedding evening...

he should had contacted and explained samrat as soon as he knew... that samrat knows the truth... very same moment... when he was in GC

if he has even normal IQ (not IPS level)... he would connect the dots and know it !!!!!!!!

i thought the same, i just knew that pakhi told him about samrat knowing about their relationship, but as i didn't watch those episodes i didn't know if he spoke to samrat about it or not, so i didnt mention this in my comment.

all relationships and everything looks fake in this show, except ashwini, sai, shivani, devyani, usha mausi and pukit. as a lead character we have hopes on virat's character but he good for nothing. i feel sorry for neil as he is an awesome actor and expression king, this role is not bringing out best in him. he deserves better.

IMHO: It is not this show ML only -there is a problem in all itv ML.

Itv writers do NOT know how to write a relatable shaded ML or itv trp viewers are not digesting shaded ML

So, they show :

EMAs

manhandling

multiple marriages

physical torture

women dominating

in the name of gray shade(s) !!!!!!!!

Regarding shivani, she wasn't anything like karishma or ashwini.... She was capable of fighting for herself.... That was shown in earlier episodes when ahe talked about her bf to kaku without any fear or when she pointed out their hypocrisy in treating sai and pakhi.... So it was a surprising to see her behaving like an abla naari when those women were shaming her... The real shivani didn't need sai's help... Maybe she was broken due to amay's betrayal or like you said it was for fl glorification... The whole amay track was a mess.

Actually it isn't to glorify female lead. It's for sole purpose of ensuring that the bad guys, in this case the male lead's family and the third wheel continue to get away with their misdeeds for as long as possible. This is a regular pattern on itv where the male lead barely takes any strict action against his family or vamps when they do or say something bad to female lead, yet does not hold back from taking strict action against female lead when he thinks she has done wrong. It's itv writer's tactic to ensure the villains who create all the drama do not endure consequences of their actions for as long as possible so drama continues.
