I guess the reason why he said so..because his soon to become life partner is branded grey by all the viewers for valid reasons.( On screen). And she won’t leave his side during these segments. So to appease ..he must have included him and Sai also in the list.

Neil said that all three characters are flawed. That in real all of us are grey. He didn't say that Sai is grey.

Yup - you know how people on Twitter can go to extremes! Even though I personally disagree that Sai is grey. She's definitely flawed but not grey. Pakhi definitely is grey, Karishma is grey. Virat, I would even say is leaning into grey territory. But not Sai.

Viewers are not blind and deaf, they decide based on what they see on the show and not what they say in SBS/ SBB. Not many people see these segments/ nor do they care.

If an actor cannot handle negativity, don't potray grey/ black/ vamp character.

If she owned it like Kamolika or Shagun, uska level kuch aur hota, poeple would remember her for years.

Titbit -- The actress who initially played Pakhi's character Sathya in Tamil was very good, but she also received too much negative feedback for choosing a role of going after her husband's brother. So eventually she decided quit the show and was replaced by another lady, who was a very bad actress and didn't make the same impact.

Finally! Someone said it! I kinda stopped watching the show after the family drama gave me a headache. If you’re skipping entire episodes, then why bother watching, right?

I have although been following the forum and seen tiny insta snippets. People are going gaga over Ashwini and Sai’s bond, and I just don’t like it. Sure Ashwini loves her, but she’s almost always giving Sai tips to be a top notch wife, and pamper Virat. She needs to advise, no actually SCOLD Virat! He’s slowly becoming like his father, and I can’t believe Ashwini is not doing anything about it. His jealousy seemed so unhealthy btw.

Love you for making this post. I hope I’m able to watch the show again after sometime.

I think compared to other MILs from ITV, Sai lucked out for sure! Ashwini genuinely loves Sai and wants the best for her but she also knows that in that house it'll only happen if Sai changes - hence the bring him food, try to follow the rules, emotional blackmail basically of putting on the alta, etc.

But the pride Aai has in her raja beta is truly not deserved imo. He's disrecpectful to her on countless occasions and doesn't even realize it until Sai pointed it out, and then didn't apologize till days later. Yes, as a mom, you love your child but that doesn't give you the right to try to change his wife, who more or less never wanted to be his wife in the first place. Sai is good for Virat and we can all see that but that doesn't mean Virat (in his current state) is good for her and Aai needs to understand that.

Also is it just me, or is food too big a deal on this show? Like how difficult is it to microwave a plate? Literally takes a minute!

Something that I can’t digest is that Ashwini has not once told Virat to stay away from Pakhi, meanwhile constantly taunts Pakhi about it. I heard she also told Sai not to bring up Pakhi in a conversation! Okay so your son shouts pakhi’s name in the middle of the night, and somehow these two gals are responsible for it?

Bad parenting Ashwini, real bad parenting!
