Ninad's Character

By making Ninad suggest Virat to listen to his brain and fulfill his promise made to Kamal the CVs have made his character unstable. As per the other versions of this show when Sai n Virat come to CM post marriage Bhavani, Ninad, Omi and to an extent Sonali will oppose the marriage.

But now that Ninad himself suggested it, although unknowingly, how can he oppose it. He clearly knows that Kamal sacrificed his life for Virat and he understands how important it is to fulfill the promise made to the one that sacrificed his life for Virat. If he opposes it then his regret towards the soldier who sacrificed his life for him will come down to nothing. It will make him a hypocrite. They have unnecessarily made Ninad give a suggestion which isn't the case in the bengali and tamil versions.

Another character thats of interest is Sonali. In both the other versions Sonali too is in Team Bhavani and thereby a supporter of Pakhi and opposes Sai. But here she too seems to oppose Pakhi. Another thing is in both the other versions, especially the tamil version, Sonali's character is very minuscule. In the tamil version she only appears in 10-15 episodes. But the actress playing Sonali here seems to be well known so she may have more screen presence. So its interesting to see how her attitude will be towards Sai.

I am glad they are changing things and not cut, copy, pasting.... Otherwise it would be annoying...

Hope they keep changing things...

On the contrary, i liked the fact that Ninad gave him that advice...

First, it shows that the show will have its own colours, by slightly detaching from the other 2 versions.

Then, coming to Ninad's advice and him potentially not being in favour of Sai, i do not think that makes him unstable or even a hypocrite, for that matter. It just shows how sometimes we act in ways that is contrary to what we believe in. Ninad not accepting Sai will be contrary to what he believes in, because the context is different, because he did not equate taking responsibility to marriage.

Moreover, sometimes an advice is providing a confirmation to what the other person already knows. Normally, we look for clues in the way the question or dilemma is worded, and at times we may be helped by context, it is only then that we provide advice.

Virat subconsciously knew he had to marry Sai, out of farz. When he was talking to his father, he highlighted the incident of the Jawan sacrificing his life for his father (his father told him that anecdote to point out that duty is above everything else). By recalling that anecdote while asking for advice, Virat already had the correct answer in mind, he was just asking for confirmation, which his father provided.

So, essentially it was Virat's own decision, upon which his father gave the seal of approval, without understanding the context.

I’m glad that this version is deviating from the other versions. What’s the fun in it if everything is copy pasted. I feel Ninad, Ashwini are going to accept SaiRat marriage.
Other’s not so sure. Or maybe everyone will be happy but Pakhi will be the only one planning and plotting. Who knows.
Im hoping Samrat comes back soon. I miss the guy.

I think Ninand will internally accept Sai as her father ULTIMATELY saved his only son, Virat. So out of gratitude and for Sai's loss, he won't oppose the marriage. HOWEVER, I think this dude is a puppy of Bhavani, so won't express it in front of her.

I really wanna see that the family finally give Bhavani what she deserves for her taunts and domineering attitude ...she probably plays the sympathy card of being a widow of a great police officer to keep everyone grounded.

However, Sai is different. She is already a straightforward and no-nonsense kind of a girl, she won't just idly sit by and take all the insults. This might influence others to also speak up and voice their opinion eventually.

So that means Sai is going to live in a hostile environment in her in-laws house ??

From what I could tell from the other versions is that she won't be the typical Rona dhona character. She will speak up for herself.

No, Sai isn’t the rona dhona types. She’s going to be fine and maybe change the thinking of a few family members.
