aww so karan has been following her and making sure she is alright! i love it .. but now that karan is here.. why should she perform .. if karan can just give her the money ? ugh

Karan knows not to offer the money again. Lakshmi wants to do this her own way, and she still has not forgiven him (yet). I think K. will keep a distance for now, stepping in only when she needs help. For example, I think he may help her get to the contest, clothes, etc. They'll barely talk.
