Menka walks into the terrace and finds Yuv heartbroken that his dad never loved him. She tells him how upset she is by this new will. Yuv goes on to say that he knows why Surya did this, and its cuz he is not a Garodia and thus does not have any right whatsoever. Menka feels bad for him. Inside, the betiyaan are discussing as to why their dad made this new will. Sav explains that all this doesn't make any diff since they are all one. Menka comes in disagreeing with Sav and tells her how much Yuv is hurt by this and shares her disappointment that Surya did this cuz Yuv is not his own son. Saras assures Menka that Yuv is the heir and will get his rightful shares. Menka goes out to the main room and watches Kaj play with Naman. Kaj sees that and uses it to her advantage. She hands the baby to Menka and asks her to play with him and she leaves. From afar, Ras and Kaj look on gladly as the rest of the family come to play with Naman as well. Just then Yuv returns home distracted. The girls see him like that and worry.

Later the whole family and Yuv are seated in the main room when the betiyaan come there to announce their decision. Saras tells Yuv that they don't want any obstacles in their relations and so they have decided to divide the property equally amongst the 6 of them. All are happy to hear that, except Ras and Kaj. Yuv replies that he doesn't want any share and feels obligated enuf to be allowed to stay in the house, and adds that he wants to abide by Surya's decision. Saras asks him to always remember that they love him very much and to not let such matters spoil their relations. Kaj and Ras are happy with what's going on. Menka, Sav and Baa are discussing why Yuv refused his share. The sisters are worried abt the same. Yuv goes to talk to Kaj abt this. Kaj tells him that he was absolutely right in refusing the tiny share of the property, when he has a right to the entire property. He tells her that he doesn't know what to do and leaves the room. Ras and Kaj laugh that Yuv is so foolish that he does as told w/o even thinking. Next morning, all are stunned when Yuv comes downstairs wearing home clothes instead of getting ready for work. When asked he tells them all that he has decided to not go to office from now on.

Precap: Saras tells Yuv that if dad wanted his daughters to join office then that is what they will do, but on one condition. Yuv looks on confused.
