• Starts wid Vans and Samman.. Samman is yellin..its enuff..he says how much more exams would I hav to giv for my lov and loyalty..he asks Vans y do u feel so insecure..he also says..cant I call someone with whom I hav lived under da same roof..does this only mean tht I lov kakul?..Vans say if u keep in touch wid kakul like this..ur relationship wid her would never break..she says I m a woman too and I know a woman;s heart very well..bcoz of ur concern..kakul would neva b separated from u..she tells him tht its his decision..if u dunt break this relationship fully then this relationship would neva be broken..therez no such thing as in-between..ur either there or ur not..and she leavs..

• People are shouting Om Shankar outside the hospital..Police security is not letting ppl go inside..(I neva knew ppl lov him sooooooooo much)…Rishab and Cynthia arrive on a car..the police guy chks his id..and sees tht he is a doc.lets him go inside..When they go inside..Amarnath calls Rishab on cell..Rishab is hesitant to pick it up..but Cynthia tells him to pick it..Rishab talks to his papa..Amarnath asks him if he had heard abt Om Shankar..Rishab says he has..they talk a lil more..then Rishab says he would call him in da morning..Amarnath says ok..Amarnath then thinks …thank God who has given him atleast one son whoz responsible towards his duties..he well-deserves the profession of a doctor..and who considers his patients life more important then his rest..

• Utara comes to Amarnath..and talks of Devika's rishta and Om Shankar's accident..Amarnath says tht he'll go wid Rishab to Shekhar's house and tell him da truth abt Samman..Utara sasy y does this accident has to happen at this time when Devika's rishta baat is goin on..both Utara and Amarnath are very tense..

• Rishab and Cynthia comes to Sujit..and asks howz Om Shankar..he doesn't reply..he goes to kakul..who juss starts crying hyperly..Rishab consoles her tht he'll talk to da doctors.nothing will happen to bauji..he gets up..then Cynthia sits wid kakul and consoles her..kakul says if something happens to bauji I will neva forgiv myself..Cynthia says nothing will happn to him and she tries to quiet her down..Rishab then goes to Nana and asks abt Om Shankar..Nana tells him tht they hav called a doc from Calcutta..Dr. Boss who will b arriving any moment..Sujeet interepts and asks y r u telling him..is he a God..Nana says hez a doc..he knows everything..Rishab asks if he could meet da doc whoz lookin at this case..Nana takes him and asks him not to mind Sujit coz he is tense..

• Sujit comes to Trisha angrily and says mahatama ban ke aa gaye hein..hez showin generosity..its bcoz of his family tht bauji is in such a condition..Cynthia juss looks at him..

• Rishab goes to da doctor..there r like bunch of docs…and asks y r u not doin surgery..one doc explains him tht something has stuck in Om Shankar's heart..and therefore they cant operate on him widout a heart surgeon..Rishab says..I dunt think so..u can still operate..and explains them..da docs r still reluctant bcoz they r scared tht if they took risk..ppl r gonna bring down their anger on da hospital..Rishab asks to mmeet da CM..

• Cynthia is trying to convince Sujit tht he should allow Rishab to operate Om Shankar..she says hez a qualified and an experienced doc..then y should v waste da time waiting for another doc..kakul agrees wid Cynthia and says v trust Rishab fully and if he operates on bauji..nothing would happen to him..Sujit yells nobody is gonna touch bauji until tht doc comes from Calcutta..Cynthia says strongly Sujit ji..u knw how Om Shankar's condition is..to keep on waitin is not advisable..his condition is getting serious..Sujit doesn't agree ..Cynthia asks Trisha to explain Sujit..but obviously trisha cant do anything..

• Rishab is wid da CM..dat CM says Om Shakar is a powerful leader..and he cant take chance..Rishab says wht chance..ur tryin to save ur life and thts y ur risking someone else life..he says if something happened to Om Shankar..they can file medical negligence case on him..da doc is tense..

• Dadi..Tulika and Sharad r listeing da news of Om Shakar..da reporter is telling tht da doc from Calcutta wouldn't arrive until morning..and da docs here r reluctant to operate widout Dr. Boss..Dadi says those ppl who hav no relationship with Om Shakar r so eager to knw how he is..and at our house..no one cares..Amarnath comes..she keeps on saying no body even called them..Amarnath thens ays its 12:30..y ru still awake..u will get sick..u should go to sleep and whts da use of listeing to da same news over and over again..Sharad switch off da phoen..and he and tulika leavs..dadi then says to Amarntah..she cant sleep wid so many tensions and problems in front of her..dadi tells her tht she is concerned abt kakul..

• Vans comes to Samman and says sorry..Sam says its ok..and says hez glad tht she stopped him from kallin kakul bcoz kakul mite hav taken da call da wrong way..they say tht care for each other…then Vans says tht she really feels cheated.. this accident happened which would delay his divorce matter..kakul would b sitting in da hospital crying..she has a gud excuse not to sign on divorce papers now..nothing will harm her..but as always, without any mistake done...it would only b me who'll suffer..

• CM talkin to someone on da phone sayin v r takin full care of Om Shankar and says Dr. Boss will b here any minute..Rishab yells tht y r u lying..u and I knw tht it would take Dr. Boss 7 hours to get here..Om Shakar's condition could worsen..rite then da nurse comes and informs da CM tht Om Shakar's pulse rate has dropped a lot..Rishab says would u still wait for Dr. Boss..If anything happens to Om Shakar..u'll b responsible for tht..and wht these ppl would do wid u..u knw better than me..CM says ok..I giv u permision to operate Om Shakar..but u'll hav to aks a close relativ to sign da consent letter..he says he will

• Rishab comes to Sujit and says..CM has given him permisson now I need ur consent..Sujit says..I wont giv any consent..whoz CM to giv u such permission..no one from us wants u to operate..and v vont giv u da consent..Rishab treis to explain him..but Sujit says no one will sign this consent letter...itney burey din nahi aa gaye..tht v'll put our life in da hands of ppl who think bad of us and r our enemies..Cynthia then tries to reason up wid Suit..but Sujit says no one will sign da letter..he says v dunt trust u one bit..and asks who gav u da permission to come here..Cynthia tries to say something..but Rishab says.its ok..its fine..and tells Sujit ..tht no one in this hospital is ready to operate Om Shankar..his condition is very serious..I m ready to operate on my own responsibility but no one is signing da consent letter..if anything happens to Om Shankar ji..u would b responsible for it..Sujit yells..theek hai..iss ka blame b hamarey sur pe hai..toh theek hai..I accept this..its bcoz of ur brother and ur family tht bauji is in such a condition..and tells them to plzz leav..Cynthia then says..Sujit ji..ur not understanding da condition..let Dr. Rishab do his job..Kakul then steps in and speaks in favor of Rishab..Sujit stops her and says u wont speak in between us..da doc then comes and says they hav shifted Om Shakar somewhere..Sujit says who gav u da permision to shift..I wont even let Rishab babu touch bauji..operation to dur ki baat hai..ends on Rishab's confused face…

A very gud episode..excellent acting by Rishab and Cynthia..Vans also acted really well in da beginning..
