The golden ray of sun creeped in through the window panes disturbing his not so peaceful sleep. He rubbed his eyes.

He had been in a state of half asleep and half awake, between the state of unconsciousness yet conscious.

His own bitter words reverberated in his ears the entire night.``Aur aap Dadima khushiya mana rahi thi iss baat….Iss najayas bachche ka'' rendered him restless.

What had gotten into him. How could he be so callous to call an unborn child illegitimate?

Her eyes, full of so much pain, haunted him the entire night. The knowledge that he was the sole reason to make those beautiful eyes made him more guilty.

He shut his eyes a bit in ache and more in regret. I will apologize to geet.

Geet is adamant, but dadi is no less, she is the dadi of the stubborn pair, She played her card very well.
