For me it was like reading about a relationship between one of Virginia Woolf's chauvinist pig with a female lead of pseudo feminist shows.

What mostly made me not like the girl was, Maan's friends were douche bags, her friend was an emotional fool for being in love. At least respect people around yourself even if they have different ideologies than yours.

So I quit and get out was totally a thumbs up for me.

Please write more of such refreshing stuffs.
