I feel that u did injustice to the parents..may be maneet..u havent given them name n still keeping us in suspense..geet is so devoted but what she got..even maan has to see his son from long...arghh jeevana...is our guess correct or the newly born is maan...ufff

Part 3

Sure after Devika had lost her baby she had changed her persona

while Madhav her husband was the one suffering seeing his wife lost

and aloof throughout these years now when their son brought home

their daughter in law she was supposed to be loved but instead Devika taunted her

and the daughter in law patiently took in all the taunts while she become an important

family member but her presence was taken for granted by all including the servants

thankfully her husband bought gifts to make her smile in happiness and his presence

was her strength now giving birth to their first son both young parents could treasure that

very moment as Madhav had ordered the midwife to hand the baby over to Devika but he was wrong in saying that their son is back to them because now Devika believes in his words and obviously she would not want to part with the baby while their son seeing his parents

so emotionally involved with his baby had to step back

but I do wonder if Devika will ever allow the baby to be with his mother as she already has given her dead son's name to the baby

BTW a heads up i copied teh name Devika for one of my parts lol, basically i needed to name a chara0cter and coundlt think of no name about from Devika, sorry 😊

Life falls into line for the new bride, she naturally takes the reign of the family and duty but Devika seems to see it as a power game. Considering how she was fighting depression, to me it seems petty and cold. I dont like Devika much, Madhav is a trying husband but i dont think he is paying attention to the son and daughter-in-law which may lead to more friction between the four individuals. I understand the son and DIL are complacent but still, one shouldnt keep pushing the willing.

So teh DIL gave birth and Devika latched onto the newborn, not even allowing the mother or teh afther to take a glimpse. She even named the baby after her lost son, Ranjeet. Thats not right in no angle, i would prefer if the wife and the husband stood up for their rights if this continues.

OK now im a little more confused, since the baby is called Ranjeet, now i'm assuming Maan is the father and the mother is Geet, since they havent been named or introduced yet.

Hi Jeev. I can call that you right?

The first time I read the update I felt very sad. I did not comment on the part for I thought I am in no right mind. This is the third time am reading the update and I still don't think I am in right mind. I'm furious at the injustice of things. i'm furious as to how good people are taken advantage of. I try to be as detached as possible when looking at a character so that I can see what a biased mind won't be able to but it's a hard job.

Life's trials are the hands that shapes and molds an individual either for good or for worse. The change is inevitable but good or worse, the choice remains ours.

A person could grow in strength and patience after adversities but that will require mental grit and a vast amount of faith and strength.

It's quite evident that Devika was lacking in both these departments. There's so much of repressed grief in her that it has taken the form of bitterness and this bitterness has begun to spill outside drowning away others' happiness. I am not sure if it's also about power. She is abusing her daughter in law just because she's in a position to. In addition to it, she doesn't see the error of her ways because there's no sort of retaliation from the other side.

I do not hold the daughter in law responsible for the silence. But I hope the husband takes a stand. A wife in an unknown household, (a house that belongs not to her husband but to her in laws) draws her strength from her husband. If he lends her his voice, sure she'll see some courage too. I sincerely hope the son finds his voice. Especially now when their child is also at stake.

I am also moved to think, supposed the son as characteristic to him does not breaks his silence, will the wife who's now a MOTHER, will she be at peace being away from her child?

As for the update, it was great. You've me hooked here.

superb update. The DIL sure handled the house and everything that came her way well. A baby's cry brought out Devika's emotions. Looking forward to what is in store next.

So, she did adjust in her in laws with heart yet her MIL was never happy ...But, who cared as SHE got her energy does from her hubby...

She had delivered a baby boy and even her hubby wasn't lucky enough to have a glance at him since his parents were too emotional with the little one...

That DIL of madhav and Devika was so mature that she accepted everyone so easily.. Even after doing everything for the fsmily she was not able to please her MIL.. Saas jo hai ..istni asnaai se kaise pighlegi..😡
but her husband was her strength.. she could get her all spent energy back just looking at his smiling face.. He was not like his mother,,He was very soft towards her..though we hadn't seen them talking ..tumne seedhe bachha paida karwa diya bina ek bhi conversation dikhaaye😆
