Truth to rumours?

It is rumoured that Vikrant Khurana was seen cosying with his co-star Jennifer Winget. Per our sources the duo were seen going to dinner together after shooting for Vaada Raha. They both seemed friendly and were even sitting beside her other during lunch sharing looks of admiration as it seemed to some.

Did the young hot Khurana tie the noose around his neck too soon?

They were noticed by a few fans who'd clicked pictures with them and posted on social media sites.

The show though started off a clich bossy boss and an innocent young woman, it has turned a full 180 degrees when it was revealed Maya had applied for her job so she could get revenge on Veer's younger sister who had ruined her brother's life.

Veer's younger sister Shraddha had broken Shravan's heart which led to his suicide, on that day Maya had sworn revenge of Shraddha.

Meera sighed flicking another newspaper to the side, she expected these rumours. She had successfully avoided it for a while but watching her husband play onscreen made her proud and she'd loved the praises he'd received, the love of the fans made her happy especially seeing him happy and loving his job.

She just didn't think these rumours would start to sting after a while. She jerked when she felt his arms around her pressing his lips at the base of her neck.

"What are you doing?" Vikrant whispered softly.

"Nothing" Meera turned around offering him a smile. "You remember what today is?" she arched her brows.

"Oh Meers, I took work off today for this. I want to be there" Vikrant pouted his lips.

"I promise to make this leave worth it" she winked pulling him close and kissed him.

"Mmhmm you better" he murmured against her lips. "What have you got planned?"

"Nothing you need to know, it's a baby shower for women only"

"It's bhabhi's baby shower and we should be allowed in. After all, I'm the favourite and best uncle and bhai is the dad" he reminded.

"You're taking Maan bhai out for the day remember"

"We've got that all covered" he smiled.

"Oh really, what have you boys been planning?"

"Well, seeing as we've got different personalities we decided to do one thing each other to pass our time. Like for the first hour we're going to gym and playing a game of basketball"

"Who suggested that?"

"Maan bhai" Vikrant rolled his eyes. "After we grab some dinner, Karan suggested an hour of just playing pool and getting a few drinks"

"That sounds nice"

"Ranbir suggested we watch a movie we can all agree on and I suggested we finish the night off with a few video games" he finished.

"Sounds like a fun night for you" Meera smiled. "It's sometimes hard to believe Maan bhai is going to be joining you for the night"

"I'm just glad he's been spending time with us all" Vikrant replied.

"Are you sure you're 6 months?" Amelia frowned staring at Geet's stomach. "Like completely sure?"

"You've seen the scan photos and reports haven't you?" Geet rolled her eyes.

"Yaar you don't look like you've got anything there" Amelia pointed.

"Doctor said it's all normal, it happens to many women. Some start showing late and I have got a small bump there, it's not massive yet"

"You're hundred percent sure, there is a baby in there. I don't want to be throwing a baby shower if there isn't a baby in there" Amelia responded.

"Araina, pass me my sandals please. I'd like to smack Amelia with it"

"You f**king bitch" Amelia scowled.

"Watch your mouth" Araina put her finger to her lips. "Baby will hear"

"Sorry baby but your mama is being a B-I-T-C-H" she spelled out.

"You're swearing and apologising in one sentence, you're going to make my peanut as crazy as you" Geet frowned.

"Shut up hippo"

Geet gasped and crossed her arms looked away angrily. "Get out of my house. I'm not coming to this stupid baby shower"

"Stop crying like a baby" Amelia laughed jumping on the bed and threw her arms around Geet's shoulder and peppered kisses all over her face.

"Stop it" Geet giggled trying to move her face away.

"Accha chalo ab... quickly get changed into your clothes and come downstairs. Everyone is probably going to make their way over" Amelia told her climbing off the bed.

"Want some help bhabhi?" Araina asked.

"No, I'll join you" Geet stepped off her bed closing the bedroom door once Araina and Amelia left her alone, she was just about to click the lock into place when it reopened.

"Aap... did you forget something?" Geet asked when she noticed it was Maan on the other side of their door.

"I'd forgotten my wallet" Maan replied stepping into the room. "What have you ladies got planned for the baby shower?" he asked as he grabbed his wallet from the nightstand.

"Amelia hasn't told me yet, I'm going to know only when I go downstairs" she replied. "Take me with you" she slipped her arms around Maan's middle which made him chuckle.

"Enjoy the baby shower, you've got me all night" he winked.

"Okay..." she drawled tilting her head back. "Peanut's wants a kiss"

"Peanut wants one or peanut's mama?" he arched his brows.

"Both" she giggled tiptoeing forward, Maan held onto her hips pressing his lips onto hers and kissed her deeply.

"What have you got planned for Geet?" Dadima asked Amelia as she watched her rushing around the hall mumbling beneath her breath.

"Dadima you're going to have to wait and see" she answered.

"Bete I'm only staying for a little while, this night is for you girls"

"Dadima, we've got games for you as well" Amelia winked.

"Accha?" Dadima arched her brows.

"Okay maybe I haven't but you can play the games I've chosen" she replied.

"Excuse me? You've chosen?" Meera inquired raising her brows.

"Okay, fine! You and Puja chose, I gave some ideas though" she rolled her eyes.

Dadima laughed shaking her head. "Don't you girls start arguing before Geet comes downstairs. She's going to love it all" she patted Amelia's cheek and turned to Meera. "Bete when is your mama coming?"

"Dadima, mama said she's on her way. I spoke to Rano aunty as well, they're on their way" she added.

"Vikrant sab chale gaye?" dadima asked.

"Yeah, they're setting off in a bit" Meera responded.

"Speaking of Vikrant, he's doing really good in his show" Amelia beamed at Meera. "He does look quite hot on the tv" she winked.

"I'd like to hear you say that in front of Karan" Meera smirked.

"You should" Amelia winked, Meera looked at her confused and laughed realising Amelia wants to make Karan jealous.

Once Maan left, Geet changed into her black shirt Amelia had chosen and the white shorts, she knew Amelia planned something but she didn't know what.

Unknown to her, Amelia had gotten downstairs decorated. She'd arranged for pink and blue balloons to be filling the hall, there were 3 tables filled with their buffet food that the girls had chosen together. Puja and Meera arranged the games this time, Araina handled the prizes. They were looking forward to a fun filled evening with their friend.

Geet's eyes widened in surprise as she noticed the beautiful changes to the hall. She couldn't thank her friends and family enough so she'd hugged each one of them tightly. Amelia did pipe in yelling out it was time to start the baby shower.

"C'mon Karan, you can do better than that" Maan mocked as he dribbled the ball away once again passing it to Vikrant who'd leaped forward and shot the hoop.

They'd started off with a game of basketball and decided they'd hit the gym for half an hour focusing on their core and strength work out seeing as they're doing their cardio exercise through the basketball match.

Maan paired up with his brother whilst Karan had no choice but to pair up with Ranbir. Over the last few months, he'd mellowed down by not voicing his disapproval. These days he simply scowled whenever no one else looked.

No matter how good everyone may say Ranbir is, for Karan no man would come close to worthy of his sister.

"I don't want him on the team, he's good for nothing" Karan groaned when he looked at the scoreboard.

"You're not giving it to him that's why" Vikrant replied rolling his eyes.

"Swap?" Karan looked at Vikrant.

"As if" he laughed. "Because of your grudge we're winning" Vikrant looked to Maan who'd chuckled shaking his head.

"You're siding with them?"

"I'm not siding with anyone but Vikrant is right. You're handing the win over just like this" Maan clicked his fingers.

"Okay, fine! We'll just have to make sure you don't win" Karan responded and turned to Ranbir. "We better win or I'm not going to let you marry my sister"

Does this guy ever stop? Ranbir thought to himself.

"What did you just say?" Karan narrowed his eyes.

Ranbir realised he'd blurted out whatever was in his mind. "I... I..."

"Ranbir if you want to win me then you'd better be fighting for me"

He remembered Araina's words from the other night and cleared his throat.

"You heard me Karan bhai" he responded. "You need to stop taunting and teasing me"

Karan looked surprised then looked between Maan and Vikrant who'd looked equally shocked. "Since when can he speak?"

Maan laughed in amusement with Vikrant.

"Did you say that to me?" Karan asked turning back to Ranbir.

"Yes I did" he nodded and wondered whether he was doing the right thing. Though many times he'd been able to read Karan's face expressions, he couldn't make out what Karan was thinking this time. There was no scowl, no frown between his brows and not even his lips upturned or his jaw clenching. Karan simply stared.
