So many emotions of so many people captured in just 3 chapters.
I am starting to develop a soft corner for Ayush, not that I disliked him earlier. It is very sad when parents neglect their children and even worse when they are raised in such a hostile and broken environment. I can only imagine how it would have impacted small Ayush. I felt a tad bit of anger towards Aditya for having deserted his kid brother, but then he himself was young and at that time the only thought is to run away from reality.
Got to see a totally different aspect of Aditya and Pinky's marital life. One where they are not just a couple in love, but friends too. From their mundane conversation to Aditya sharing about his family and Pinky consoling him. I don't like Pinky so much, but this was different.
Coming to Maan and Geet, I don't think I can love them anymore than this. Had I not known the truth, I would have assumed Maan to be a husband who had a fight with his wife and has come to bring her back since he cannot live without her and misses her, trying to engage her in a conversation, to get her to forgive him. It was endearing how he asked Geet to join him for dinner and how casually he picked up salt from her plate. As if he owns her and to me, this level of comfort only comes when you accept someone whole-heartedly.
Geet was left baffled too many times in a single night. Yes, she cannot read Maan's eyes and intentions yet but she got to begin somewhere. Make an effort in that direction. I guess now she will. Well, I certainly hope she does. I liked that although she had asked for dinner just to evade the conversation, she did make fresh chapatis for him. That says about her care and concern for him.
However, the part where he says that he is here to take her home, their home, stole my heart. I am totally rooting for these two. Hope Aditya and Pinky's wish never come true. I want to see Ayush happy, but Geet is only for Maan and vice versa. I know I sound crazy, but I cannot imagine them with anyone else after all that has transpired between these two and the depth of their emotions for each other, albeit unexplored.
Rano's pain and helplessness are beautifully portrayed. There are many times in life where we want or should speak up but can not and for Rano, it must have been all the more difficult. I hope Geet talks to her mother and forgives her. While her parents maybe at fault, but it only hurts them when they realize that they are to an extent responsible for their child's miseries and did not do anything when they could have. Also, do not want things to unsettle now that Maan has come to take Geet back.
Waiting eagerly for next. Continue soon please.
